Considering the complexity and decentralization of data acquisition and power supply for cockpit devices of flight simulator, this paper designs and realizes a distributed simulation system for aircraft cockpit based on embedded Ethernet and Power over Ethernet technology. A simulation scheme with many nodes of data acquisition and instrument control is adopted. Based on PoE technology, the power subsystem can supply DC power on the same cable that carries data. As a result, this greatly simplifies power wiring installation in the narrow cockpit while improving reliability. The design of aircraft cockpit simulation has been successfully used in certain type flight simulator. Through the actual system testing, the design has excellences of higher stability, expansibility and security.

Abstract In the paper the designing project (plan) of Tuchola City broadband IP optical network has been presented. The extended version of network plan constitute technical part of network Feasibility Study, that it is expected to be implemented in Tuchola and be financed from European Regional Development Funds. The network plan presented in the paper contains both topological structure of fiber optic network as well as the active equipment for the network. In the project described in the paper it has been suggested to use Modular Cable System - MCS for passive infrastructure and Metro Ethernet technology for active equipment. The presented solution provides low cost of construction (CAPEX), ease of implementation of the network and low operating cost (OPEX). Moreover the parameters of installed Metro Ethernet switches in the network guarantee the scalability of the network for at least 10 years.

CAN bus communication has been used in a serial protocol for connecting electronic control modules together with its hardware and software design in automotive gauge application. The motivation is to develop a PC-based monitoring system for not only CAN frames received from or sent onto CAN bus, but also data recorded on log files consideration. This paper presents a prototype monitoring system on automotive CAN bus gauge for communication protocol in Ford Mustang. For the proposed CAN bus monitoring system, the designed architecture is discussed and verified into PC for surveillance performance. Furthermore the Ethernet technology adopted in the system makes it a more practical and convenient CAN bus testing system.

It requires high security for useing silane decomposition reaction to produce the polycrystalline silicon. For this reason, the paper introduces the central facilities of the polycrystalline silicon production, and bases on production process, to devise a control system which combines PLC and industrial ethernet technology. The system controls temperature and pressure of the decomposition furnace, cooling water system, and production process. The practical result showes that the system is reliable and steady. It meets the requirements of process.

Because different manufacturers of CNC machine tool use the different NC system at present, it results the actuality that the CNC machine tool is hard to integrate and manage. This paper proposed a scheme of DNC integrated system of heterogeneous CNC Machine Tool based on OPC technology, after analyzing OPC interface and industrial Ethernet technology. Establish workshop-level experimental platform of DNC system based on Ethernet network. On this platform, establish the communication with OPC Server by using VC, realize monitoring and management to the bottom heterogeneous CNC machine tool. The example proved that the scheme was practical and effective.

To set up a data transmission network is vital for Fangcheng ports modernization.This paper analyses the requirements of Fangcheng ports data transmission of logistics equipments.The realization of industrial ethernet technology in the Fangcheng port intelligent monitoring system is introduced. Then the ideal industrial ethernet network topology of Fangcheng port and the data transmission network of Fangcheng ports logistics equipments are designed.
