The general objective of the study was to analyze the level of public trust (citizen trust) of e-government based health insurance services, namely the e-mobile National Health Insurance (JKN) BPJS in Makassar City. The design of this research is a quantitative descriptive type. The population in this study were people who used the National Health Insurance (JKN) e-mobile application with 167 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that first there was a high level of public trust in JKN e-mobile applications. This means that the application gives satisfaction to the community and is considered beneficial for them. Secondly, the level of public trust is high in the government, where the public considers the government to be serious in providing health insurance services.

Software developers face several challenges in deploying mobile applications. One of them is the high cost and technical complexity of targeting development to a wide spectrum of platforms. The chapter proposes to combine techniques based on MDA (Model Driven Architecture) with the HaXe language. The outstanding ideas behind MDA are separating the specification of the system functionality from its implementation on specific platforms, managing the software evolution, increasing the degree of automation of model transformations, and achieving interoperability with multiple platforms. On the other hand, HaXe is a very modern high level programming language that allows us to generate mobile applications that target all major mobile platforms. The main contributions of this chapter are the definition of a HaXe metamodel, the specification of a model-to-model transformation between Java and HaXe and, the definition of an MDA migration process from Java to mobile platforms.

There are many mobile applications currently available on the market, which have been developed specifically for smart phones. The operating system of these smart phones is flexible enough to facilitate the high level application development. Similar to other pervasive devices, mobile phones suffer from limited amount of resources. These resources vary from the power (battery) consumption to the network bandwidth consumption. In this research the mobile resources are identified and classified. Furthermore, a monitoring approach to measure resource utilization is proposed. This monitoring tool generates traces about the resource usage which is followed by a benchmarking model which studies monitoring traces and enables users to extract qualitative information about the application from quantitative trace of resource usage.

Developing intelligent agents and cognitive models is a complex software engineering activity. This article shows how all intelligent agent creation tools can be improved by taking advantage of established software engineering principles such as high-level languages, maintenance-oriented development environments, and software reuse. We describe how these principles have been realized in the Herbal integrated development environment, a collection of tools that allows agent developers to exploit modern software engineering principles.

During the research, a mobile educational application was developed. Using a mobile app is a key tool for improving user knowledge. The app helps users to study without a teacher in their free time. The app was built using the Xcode IDE. The optional quiz includes many features such as reading, grammar, verbs, and speaking. This will be of great help for users who want to learn more Kazakh. The Kazakh language is developing rapidly. Therefore, the pace of learning the Kazakh language is growing day by day. Currently, it is beneficial to use mobile applications related to distance learning. The application helps to learn the Kazakh language anytime, anywhere. The grammar of the Kazakh language is more complex than other languages. With this in mind, each section of the appendix describes the rules of 1-2 grammars. At the end of each section there is a set of dictionaries to speed up the construction of user sentences. That is, the user who has passed all the sections speaks the Kazakh language at a high level.
