Technical and clinical data concerning 731 controlled patients submitted to nonsurgical percutaneous biliary drainage (PBD) for preoperative or palliative purposes were collected from eight institutions. Using a computerized analysis program, general and special statistics were obtained, with special attention given to 536 neoplastic cases. Technical success, type, level and nature of the lesions, purpose of drainage, surgery performed, complications, and other clinical and technical information were considered and compared with the clinical results. Statistically significant data were obtained comparing, respectively, bilirubin levels with duration of drainage, survival with type of treatment (PBD alone or followed by radical or palliative surgery), operative with post PBD mortality, survival with type of PBD (external catheter, internal catheter, and endoprosthesis), and complications with type of PBD used.

At the beginning of the twenty-first century the question of ethics in John came under renewed consideration. As scholars applied more comprehensive analytical categories to the Gospel and Letters of John significant data became available related to the ethical dynamics of the Gospel. Reading the Gospel as narrative and reflecting on certain socio-historical and theological realities, scholars discovered that the interrelatedness between identity and behaviour is basic to the ethical thinking of John. This identity is expressed in metaphorical terms derived from familial, juridical, friendship, and royal language. The importance of ancient ethically related features, common to ordinary popular moral philosophy, like mimesis or reciprocity, are also highlighted as being part of the ethical dynamics in John. Obviously, the two major foci remain the Law and the love commandment.

The study aimed to identify the data of some variables of leadership behavior, and to identify the reality of managerial creativity of employees and administrators in the Saline Water Conversion Corporation. Also, to identify the data of some personal and functional variables of workers at the level of their managerial creativity. To achieve the study's aims, the researcher followed the descriptive approach. The study was applied to a sample consisted of 100 employees of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation, using a questionnaire distributed to them. The study came with some conclusions, most important of with are: 1) The level of managerial creativity of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation employees was high. 2) The analysis and connectivity were the least available elements of managerial innovation. 3) The elements of managerial creativity can be arranged according to their availability as: (flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, intellectual fluency, and ability to analyze and connect). 4) There are positive and statistically significant data between the behavior of the administrative leader who is interested in the staff and the level of their creativity. 5) There is no statistically significant data between the interest of the administrative leader in the work and the level of managerial creativity of the employees. 6) There are statistically significant relationships between personal and functional variables and some variables of leadership behavior, which are: (The presence of positive data statistically significant between the educational qualification, the functional rank of workers, and the level of managerial creativity, and the presence of negative data statistically significant between the functional rank of workers and the interest of the administrative leader to work). The study recommended the emphasis on the principle of delegation as a means and tool to develop the skills of creative staff by providing expertise and direct contact with situations and events, and support the concept of serious participation of workers in decision-making.

<p>RESUMEN: En las últimas tres décadas han sido realizadas en Braga, dentro del «Proyecto de Salvamente de Bracara Augusta», una serie de trabajos de campos que han proporcionado abundante información arqueológica, lo que nos permitir analizar pormenorizadamente la arquitectura doméstica de la ciudad. Estos datos van a posibilitar el estudio y caracterización de algunos edificios y cuarterones de Bracara Augusta. A pesar de los numerosos restos de estructuras de habitación que han sido identificados en las distintas intervenciones, el presente estudio se limitará a examinar un único tipo de casa: la domus. En primer lugar, procuraremos contextualizar debidamente este tipo de casa. Seguidamente analizaremos las partes orgánicas asociadas a la representación y circulación, de tal forma que podamos caracterizar tanto sus formas y construcciones, como sus funciones.</p><p>ABSTRACT: In the last three decades were held in Braga within the «Projeto Salvamento de Bracara Augusta» a set of excavations, which have provided significant data allowing to analyze the subject of domestic architecture. This data will enable the study and characterization of some houses and quarters of Bracara Augusta. The contribution of early continuous fourchannel EEG monitoring to the evaluation of intraventricular hemorrhage in acutely ill preterm infants mechanically ventilated for acute respiratory distress was assessed in a prospective study of 54 infants of less than 34 weeks' gestation. Early abnormal EEG results correlated significantly with later outcome. They often preceded ultrasound evidence of hemorrhage and provided prognostically significant functional correlation with the grade of hemorrhage. Continuous EEG monitoring allows collection of significant data with minimal interference and could contribute to clinical management of high-risk preterm infants.

Cyberattacks, which consist of exploiting security vulnerabilities of computer networks and systems for any kind of malicious purpose (e.g., extortion, data steal, assets hijacking), have been continuously increasing worldwide in recent years. Cyberspace appears today as a new battlefield, along with physical world scenarios (land, sea, air, and space), for the organizations defence and security. Besides, by the fact that attacks from the physical world may have significant implications in the cyber world and vice versa, these dimensions cannot be understood independently. However, the most common intelligence systems offer an insufficient situational awareness exclusively focused on one of these decision spaces. This article introduces HYBINT, an enhanced intelligence system that provides the necessary decision-making support for an efficient critical infrastructures protection by combining the real-time situation of the physical and cyber domains in a single visualization space. HYBINT is a real cross-platform solution which supplies, through Big Data analytical methods and advanced representation techniques, hybrid intelligence information from significant data of both physical and cyber data sources in order to bring an adequate hybrid situational awareness (HSA) of the cyber-physical environment. The proposal will be validated in a detailed scenario in which HYBINT system will be evaluated.
