In order to reduce the error of the phase lock-loop (PLL) and compensate the delay of the low pass filter on harmonics detection, In the paper, a detecting-method without PLL in single-phase circuit is researched. In this method, the PLL and LPF are omitted, the feedback and average theory are used, so that the problem of detecting accuracy induced by PLL and real-time induced by LPF is solved. It is testified through comparison, analysis and simulation, that both methods can reduce the latency, improve dynamic response speed, the feedback method can reduce the delay in a dynamic, continuous process, while the average theoretical method can reduce the delay quantitatively.

This paper designs a single-phase inverter.Battery as a 12V DC input, and output for the 24V,50 HZ standard AC wave. The load is resistive. The power supply adopts the Boost booster and two full-bridge inverter transform. For the control circuit, the preceding Boost converter using tl494 chip control closed-loop feedback and for the inverter part, adopting the 6N137 to finish the optical coupling isolation. Then, through the DSP (TMS320F2812) to complete the output of SPWM modulation. And the modulated SPWM signal can drive chip IR211 conducting the full bridge inverter. Finally, through a low-pass filter output the standard sine AC inverter power.

This paper portrays an approach of an analysis that provides information regarding the presence of harmonics at the inverter output terminal. It is certainly true that harmonics cause unbalance and excessive neutral currents, interference in nearby communication networks and disturbance to other consumers. More importantly, torque pulsations in electric motor drives are caused by them. Thus, the minimization of the harmonics contained in the output of a single phase current controlled inverter undergoing hysteresis modulation technique is important so as to get rid of these detrimental effects. A model of an LC low pass filter has been provided in this paper for harmonics reduction purpose, as it blocks the harmonics and passes approximately a sinusoidal output. Moreover, the paper contains the method of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) for fulfilling the desire of understanding not only the fundamental component but also the harmonics component flawlessly. It has been found from the simulation that the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) in ideal case is 0%. On the other contrary, during the presence of harmonics, it steeps to 41.415% that can be mitigated to 0.0092% by implementing an LC low pass filter in a precise manner.

Metering chip is the core of electrical meter. The accuracy of metering chip affects the measurement property of electrical meter, so it’s necessary to study the behavior of it. The simulation studies of metering chip are mostly based on part sections of it, but lack the whole simulation model. This paper proposes a Simulink model of whole metering chip based on certain one-phase metering chip by designing the ADC, high pass filter (HPF), low pass filter (LPF), and so on, and make simulation of this model. The result shows that the accuracy of this model is about 0.1%, which verifies the effectiveness of it.

In single-phase bipolar SPWM inverter circuit, the output voltage contains high content of harmonic components. To solve this problem, we build a model of output voltage in single-phase SPWM bipolar inverter based on SPWM theory and Fourier series theory. Through theoretical analysis, calculation and plotting, we work out the distribution of harmonic in output voltage, investigate the relationship between amplitude modulation (AM) depth and harmonic components and finally determine a proper amplitude modulation depth to efficiently reduce harmonic components. To further reduce harmonic components of output voltage, we use LC low-pass filter. Then, based on the mathematical model of the filter and the distribution law of harmonics, we establish a mixed integer nonlinear programming to fully suppress harmonics and reduce switching losses. After searching for two times based on genetic algorithm, we work out the best frequency-modulation ratio and LC low-pass filter parameter. Finally in simulation, total harmonic distortion is reduced from 213.47 percent to 0.16 percent after harmonic suppression strategy implemented. The result has proved the effectiveness of the harmonic suppression strategy we applied, which can be used as a reference for output voltage harmonic elimination in single-phase SPWM inverter.

Three-phase circuit instantaneous reactive power theory has received a successful application in detecting harmonic and reactive current timely, the ip-iq and d-q method of first proposed require the phase-locked loop and low-pass filter. The paper make corresponding improvement on the basis of the method based on amplitude integration which only can detect fundamental current , propose a method which can detect the active and reactive current, and the method based on amplitude integration can detect fundamental current of single-phase circuit directly, and simulation. The simulation results show that the method can detect the harmonic and reactive current accurately and timely, and is suitable for various circumstances that three-phase power supply distortion and asymmetry and so on, and when only detecting the harmonic current, it does not require the phase-locked loop and low-pass filter, while detecting the harmonic and reactive current, increases the phase-locked loop; when the method based on amplitude integration is directly used to detect single-phase fundamental current, the phase-locked loop and low-pass filter are not required. The paper deduces the theory of the method and researches on simulation analysis.

In a recent paper the link between the Op Amp-based two integrator loop oscillators and current feedback operational amplifier (CFOA)-based oscillators is detected and clearly explained. It was found that one of the grounded capacitor two CFOA two integrator loop oscillators, however, was not related directly to any of the Op Amp oscillators. In this paper the origin of the two CFOA grounded capacitor oscillator is found to be the passive second-order low-pass filter. It is also found that the differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC) grounded passive element oscillator is generated from the same passive second-order low-pass filter. A new family of grounded capacitor oscillators using current conveyors (CCII) and inverting current conveyors (ICCII) which includes sixteen members is introduced. A second new family of grounded passive elements oscillators using CCII and ICCII which includes eight members is also introduced. A discussion and a comparison with some of the previously reported CCII oscillator circuits is also given at the end of the paper.

In order to solve the problem of detecting harmonic and reactive currents of single-phase APF, the paper gives a detection method for real time harmonic current and reactive current. In the paper, it makes use of some characteristics of triangle function, and calculates the amplitude of active and reactive component from load current. Then the DC component can be extracted by using a low-pass filter, namely the required active component and reactive component. This paper analyzes the characteristics of two kinds of low pass filter, and selects the superior performance moving average filter for experiment. The paper introduces the design of the software and hardware process. The circuit configuration of the proposed approach used in the single-phase system is simple, its dynamic response speed is fast and its detection precision is high. The result of the experiment shows that the proposed approach is feasible and valid.
