At present, the web-based collaborative learning is the main form of long-distance learning and it has been widely used in the distance learning domain. However, the main body-intelligence degree of the existing Web learning system is low; the existing system lacks to the support of the personal study, which has hindered the individual skill of the users. According to the question that exists in the collaborative Learning, I constructed the intelligent agent model of collaborative Learning which is composed of main control program, student proxy, teaching proxy and the information proxy based on the intelligent agent technology which belongs to the domain of Artificial Intelligence and I discussed emphatically how to effectively realize the personal study by using the machine learning and the data mining method. It can cause the web-based cooperative learning developing along the direction of intelligent and personal

In Indonesia, there are 2 seasons, rainy season and dry season. The rainy season occurs from November to March, while the dry season occurs from April to October. With the changing seasons that are very unpredictable, so that the weather cannot be regulated by humans so that it requires the latest technology in this case the internet of things, that concern increases when outside the home and at that time there is no one at home. for fear of clothes that are dried wet with rain water as a result also if clothes that have been dried in the sun and will be exposed to rain water do not rule out the clothes we use will cause a bad odor. By using the mcu node esp 8266 dried is controlled by using a smartphone so that it can be controlled with a long distance then add a rain sensor to anticipate sudden rain fall. If a rain sensor is detected by water, the web system of the relay component will be active and give a command to Nodemcu esp8266, after the program runs the relay will be active and the motor can run forward or backward if the relay is on and the Relay is Off then the motor unable to work forward or backward. Fabric weight is measured by a scale so that it can calculate the weight of the wet cloth obtained. The maximum number of fabrics to be used in this automatic clothesline is to keep the motor running and the motor won't be damaged easily.

This paper proposes an obstacle avoidance scheme of a novel mobile robot system for automatic search of books in libraries based on the radio frequency identification (RFID). Nowadays, most of the libraries utilize the barcode identification technique, since it is of low cost. However, our experiments show that using RFID adequately can save more labor and improve the library management efficiency, since RFID has many advantages, i.e., large information storage and long identification distance, etc., whose application in library management information system has great development potential. Based the advantages of its long-distance identification ability combined with the close accurate positioning technologies, an intelligent mobile robot system for automatic search of books anywhere in libraries is design in our project, which can effectively improve the book search efficiency, saves the massive cost and improve the library informatization level. According to this mobile robot, we give a fuzzy multisensor fusion technique based obstacle avoidance method, which can make the intelligent robot searching the desired books automatically in libraries. Both the simulation and the actual experiments validate the obstacle-avoiding algorithm.

In this paper, a novel mobile robot system for searching books automatically in libraries is designed based on the radio frequency identification (RFID) and singlechip programming techniques. Recently, the barcode identification is frequently used in libraries. However, because of its unique advantages of RFID technology and its application in the intelligent robots will be able to achieve high-efficient automatic search of books. RFID has the advantages of large information storage and long identification distance etc., thus application in library management information system has great development potential. By using RFID long-distance identification ability combined with the close accurate positioning technologies, a mobile robot for automatic search of books in libraries is designed, which can effectively improve the book search efficiency, saves the massive cost and improve the library informatization level.

Nowadays, there is still much plastic waste floating in the sea and rivers, causing a limited number of officials to take care of this waste is not thoroughly. In this paper propose to develop the low-cost auto robot from waste materials based on Internet of Things for grabbing and collecting the floating garbage in the closed of water pool. The sensors and motors were mixed to control the robot on water surface and collect the plastic floating waste which is detected by sensors. To classified the floating garbage, the Fast Approximation Nearest Neighbor algorithm was applied to system in the web platform. The activities for garbage collection were submitted to social media such as LINE notify application. As a result, the auto robot system has the accuracy value at 94.4% and 98.8% for stationary mode and cover mode respectively.

Abstract – Introduced by the Ontario Telemedicine Network, the telehomecare program provides monitoring of patient parameters and training sessions. Telehomecare is a sub-field of telehealth that influences the delivery of health services to patients who use telecommunications technology and is often accelerated with long-distance patient distance in realtime.  Telehomecare offers improved access to home care at lower costs and promises unique opportunities for home care patient empowerment and improved care outcomes. The telehomecare method that is designed is that there are various sensors that are used to find out biomedical data, the data is then converted by the sensor to a certain amount and sent to the process section, after processing the data is sent to the webserver with an intermediate wifi module that was previously connected to the internet, on the webserver the measured data can be observed through the website. The main purpose of making this telehomecare system is to make health monitoring tools that can be easily accessed through the website, used in patients who have conditions must be under intensive supervision at home. Data monitored is body temperature, pulse, body position using input from temperature sensors, pulsemeter sensors and accelerometer sensors. In this tool using microcontrollers, namely Arduino Uno and Esp 8266 W-iFi module (NodeMCU) which have been programmed to send sensors input data to the web server data sent to the web server will be displayed in a website interface. The database used as a webserver on this system is Firebase, because it is a realtime database. The results obtained from this study, for reading the desired health parameters can be read, were temperature sensor readings that reached 99.29%, and pulsemeter sensor readings which reached 99.178%.   Keywords : Telehomecare, Website, Arduino Uno, NodeMCU, Webserver.

This research is an information technology innovation for long distance monitoring system in realtime through WEB which applied to car parking system. This intelligent parking system is designed to solve the problems of parking car in Politeknik Negeri Padang. In this system, the driver gets information trough the web about the empty and the filled area in the parking. This system is an automated system using infrared and photodiode as sensor to identify the existences of the car in parking area and controlled by microcontroller. WEB to monitoring and inform the condition of slot parking area to the car  driver using smartphone and can be accessed from everywhere at the web address ee.polinpdg.ac.id/parkir. Computer server is a WEB server and database server to save the program and monitoring data result.

Hindu nationalists defend the advent of a Hindu state in India, while projecting the universal appeal of their ideology. Their very territorialized yet universal claims have been finding particular resonance among migrant populations, particularly in North America. This study strives to go beyond content analyses that foreground voices to focus on the network structure in order to highlight the new transnational practices of nationalism. Two main points emerge from this in-depth scrutiny. On the one hand, Hindu nationalist organizations have transferred their online activities mainly to the USA, where the Indian diaspora is 3.2 million strong, and constitute therefore a prime example of long-distance transnational nationalism. On the other hand, the morphological discrepancies between the online and the offline networks point to new strategies of discretion developed to evade the gaze of authorities in countries of residence. The recourse to cartography thus becomes crucial not only in understanding what sectarian or illegal movements do and show but also what they seek to hide.
