Information and telecommunication technologies are the major stimulus for changes in trade and commerce. Recent convergence of the above technologies has become possible due to the rapid advancements made in the respective technology. This convergence is termed as information and communication technology (ICT) and considered as a new discipline. The new discipline has made cross border commerce in the present globalization scenario a reality. This chapter talks about a model for financial services sector in international market under the new discipline. The model explains the creation of knowledge based financial services system incorporating the sophisticated concepts of information technology. Further, it provides an access to the system with devices which can be used under wireless communication environment, across the globe.

Introduction. The information environment of the society as an integral part of a human habitat is a factor of his health and must comply with safety requirements. As a result of the development of communication technologies on the basis of computer devices and the Internet, there have been significant changes in the information environment of the society and its impact on people. The study of the negative impact of the contemporary information environment on a human cannot be limited to physical and psychophysiological factors. A semantic component of the information itself is significant. Information environment has a negative impact on the cognitive and emotional sphere of his psyche. The object of information influence is the personality. The objective of the paper is to study the formation of the contemporary information and communication environment of the society, the trends in its development, to define its main components and psychological peculiarities. Material and methods. The method of investigation is a comparative analysis of the views of various authors and their theoretical generalization. Results. Based on the analysis of publications, a current understanding of the information and communication environment of the society is presented. The formation of the information environment is connected with the development of technologies and tools for fixing, preserving and transferring social experience. Six stages of the development of the means of the information transferring and preservation in the society are selected. Global informatization of the environment leads to the changes in people’s lives and activities. The picture of the human world, his worldview, his way of life are exposed to the effects of the information traffic. The risk factor is the deterioration of the human adaptation to new conditions. The changes within the individual do not keep up with the rapid changes in technology. Conclusion. In the context of the new information and communication reality the importance of the problems of human ecology was shown to increase. The information environment of a society as an object of the study can be considered in the following aspects: a) as a human habitat; b) as a means of information human activities; c) as a system of communications, including interpersonal ones; d) as an information infrastructure that provides storage, access and use of information arrays.

This article examines the procedural means of studying the identity of the wanted suspect (accused) in the conditions of proliferation of high technologies. The object of this research is criminal procedure legal relations, within the framework of which the investigating officers examines the identity of the suspect (accused) for tracing their location. The relevance of the selected topic is substantiated by the practical need of law enforcement authorities to reduce the number of criminal cases shelved due to tracking down the suspect. The goal of this work lies in assessment of the procedural means from the perspective of their possible application in investigation of the information and communication space. Special attention of given to the main instrument of preliminary investigation agencies – investigative measures. It is determined that the preliminary investigation agencies are limited in the use of information and communication space for criminal tracking. The novelty lies in the attempt to view the procedural means of studying information systems from the perspective of government and private databases, iCloud, dating site, social networks, instant messengers, Internet applications, etc. However, their use requires new procedural forms. The development of such forms would improve the effectiveness of the activity of preliminary investigation agencies in tracking down the suspects (accused).

The level of access to Internet services of children and adolescents has been studied in the article. Children use Internet services the most frequently to play video- or computer games, or to download them; to download information for studying or entertainment, to communicate with the help of different messengers (Skype, iTalk, using a web-camera etc.). There have been studied different forms of violence, faced by children in the information and communication environment: cyber-bulling, grooming, sexual abuse (sexting) etc. There have been analyzed the risks, faced by children in the information and communication environment. It has been discovered that the most widespread are imposing of unnecessary information, interference with a digital device, spreading of false information about children and adolescents, bullying, threats, as well as communication with strangers, leading to unintended consequences. There have been identified pre-conditions and factors of emergence of cyber-bullying and other forms of violence with the use of information and communication technologies. One of the factors that children face a serious danger in the information environment is the irresponsibility of adults as well as their ignorance of the basic rules to provide a child with a safe online environment. There have been studied the most probable illegal actions, used by offenders towards children and adolescents in Internet. There have also been identified consequences for a victim of violence as well as for an offender with the use of information and communication technologies. The victim as well as the offender has low self-esteem, poor mental and physical health, issues with studying and peer communication. There have been suggested the ways to prevent violence against children with the use of information and communication technologies. One of the major objectives of reaction towards violence against children with the use of information and communication technologies has to be not only the creation of an effective system of support and handling of violence cases, but also immediate resolving of legal aspects of prevention and elimination of cyber-bullying and online sexual exploitation of children.

В статье рассматривается спектр теоретических и практических вопросов, затрагивающих современные тенденции и направления в области методики преподавания РКИ с учетом ресурсного потенциала информационно-коммуникационной среды. Автор раскрывает методический потенциал визуализации как эффективного инструмента формирования и совершенствования речевых навыков и умений при обучении языку специальности, реализуемый с применением технологии визуализации через вариативную систему учебных заданий. The article is devoted to a range of theoretical and practical issues affecting current trends and trends in teaching Russian as a foreign language, taking into account the resource potential of the information and communication environment. The author reveals the methodological potential of visualization as an effective tool for the formation and improvement of speech skills and in the teaching Russian as a specialty language, realized with the use of visualization technology through a variable system of educational tasks.
