To meet the simulation and testing requirements of HY-1 Satellite ground operation control system simulation subsystem, a global geographic data sets based on original remote sensing data was proposed. This paper detailed the function and data processing methods of the data sets, mainly including data structure and the key algorithm of the satellite calibration and data filling required in the data sets generation process. At last, using the data simulation function of ground station, the generated raw data would be sent to real ground operation control system, and the processed images showing the data sets were filled with good results

In this paper, an adaptive robust drive control system for an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor of an electric medium-sized bus based on the optimal torque distribution method is studied. The drive control system is mainly divided into two parts. First, a torque distribution method is proposed. The optimal torque distribution method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to increase the high efficiency interval of the system and apply it to the energy feedback braking. Secondly, in order to reduce the nonlinear disturbance of the system and improve the accuracy of the unified control, this paper models and studies the vector system based on adaptive robust control. Finally, the whole drive control system is modeled, simulated and experimented. The simulation and experimental results show that the torque distribution method proposed in this paper can effectively increase the high-efficiency running time of the electric medium bus, and improve the shortcomings of insufficient mileage of the electric medium-sized bus. The use of a current controller based on adaptive robust control improves the control accuracy of the drive system and can effectively suppress the disturbances generated by it.

Objective: The cotton textile industry, as a competitive industry in China's international competition, is confronting new opportunities and challenges brought by the growing process of mechatronics. To further improve the traditional drive control of combing machines made in China and the automatic level of machines as a whole, some of our cotton textile enterprises have undertaken necessary technical transformations on the combing machines so as to raise the operational efficiency and production technology of domestic textile equipments. Methods: This paper focuses on the basic status and dynamic characteristics of the drive part of the domestic new comber, and analyzes the operation process of the comber and the prominent problems from the production practice. Results: The technically improved drive control system uses an industrial control computer (IPC) as the core of the system, which effectively improves the overall working efficiency of the comber, and improves the production accuracy and production efficiency. Conclusion: The combers that are textile machinery equipments with comprehensive application of machines, electricity, gases and instruments, play a vital role in enhancing product quality and production efficiency. Highly intelligent and integrated process control, real-time monitoring and accurate data acquisition and data analysis have become the mainstreams in the development of auto-control. Therefore, the commitment of high technology to transform the traditional production mode has also been an important research.
