In order to improve the efficiency of energy recovery of hybrid virtual track train, an energy management method based on the strategy of working condition segmentation is proposed under the condition of known line information. This method adjusts the power allocation of power battery and supercapacitor in different power modes of virtual track train. Based on the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, a simulation system for energy recovery of virtual track train is developed. Then this paper carries on the simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the proposed energy management method can achieve more efficient energy recovery under the condition of meeting the train power demand. After optimization, the power output of the train's power battery is reduced by 9.9%, and the recovery rate of the train's braking energy is increased by 9.3%.

Freight transport assures a vital link between suppliers and customers and it represents a major source of employment. Multi-echelon distribution is one of the most common strategies in this field. This paper presents the main concepts of multi-echelon distribution with cross-docking through a multidisciplinary analysis that includes an optimization study and an interview-based analysis. The optimization analysis uses both a geographic approach based on the concept of accessibility and a scenario simulation analysis for collaborative freight transportation. The interview-based analysis includes a conceptual framework for logistics and transport pooling systems and a simulation method for strategic planning optimization.

Abstract In this era of science, man is not limited to the earth, instead, is touching the soil of other planets too. Science has made it possible for humans to reach anywhere anytime by any means. One of the greatest inventions is Transportation. This transportation is not only limited to earth but is possible in the Space also. There are Space Vehicles or space crafts indulged in these operations. Energy is needed to operate them. The amount of this energy can be varied depending upon the structure of the vehicle and the forces opposing its movement. So, analysis is important to justify its structure and to calculate the forces exerted on it. Thus, this research includes analysis of a Rocket in Ansys software and determination of drag force acting on it and average pressure acting on it due to the environmental factors. Subjected to these factors we will design and manufactured the required Rocket for our mission.

The runoff in the upper reaches of the Heihe River has been continuously abundant for more than a decade, and this has not happened previously in history. Quantitative analysis of runoff variation and its influencing factors are of great significance for the ecological protection of the basin. In this paper, the soil and water assessment tool model was used to simulate runoff in the study area, and the method of scenario simulation was used to quantitatively analyze the runoff response with respect to land use and climate change. According to the abruptness of the runoff sequence, the years before 2004 are categorized as belonging to the reference period, and after 2004 is categorized as the interference period. According to the analysis, compared with the reference period, the contribution rate of climate change is 87.15%, while the contribution rate of land use change is only 12.85%. The climate change scenario simulation analysis shows that the change in runoff is positively correlated with the change in precipitation. The relationship with the change in temperature is more complicated, but the influence of precipitation change is stronger than the change in temperature. According to the land use scenario simulation analysis, under the economic development scenario, the runoff decreased, whereas under the historical trend and ecological protection scenario, the runoff increased. Additionally, the runoff increased more under the ecological protection scenario.

The thermal environment of gymnasium is usually affected by many exterior environmental factors, including architecture layout, building orientation, natural lighting and ventilation. A gymnasium of one of the colleges in Xi’an city serves as an example. The building performance analysis and optimization software Ecotect are used in this paper to carry out the simulation analysis focused on the classical thermal environment of gymnasium under the consideration of the above mentioned thermal environment relevant factors.
