By imitating the vibration isolation mechanism and special organic texture of woodpecker’s brain, a bionics mechanics-based structure model is constructed for the vibration isolation system of ultra-precision device. In consideration of compound vibration environment and non-linearity of the ultra-precision device, a fuzzy-PID (PID stands for Proportional, Integral and Derivative.) active vibration control system is developed, its operation is that fuzzy control is adopted while the error is big and PID control is adopted while the error is small. The performance of the vibration control system is validated by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the bionic vibration control system has good performance against floor disturbances and direct disturbing force. It can be applied to the vibration isolation system of the ultra-precision measuring and manufacturing device.

In order to improve the isolation effect of ultra-precision vibration isolation platform, an approach of advancing structural parameters optimization for the system based on fuzzy control is presented. This paper created a platform parametric model In ADAMS / view; completed the structural optimization under circumstances of taking the acceleration of vibration isolation platform, the system dynamic deflection and the dynamic displacement of the base as performance objective function; and applied the method of co-simulation using ADAMS and MATLAB under fuzzy control. The simulation results show that the active vibration isolation system optimized by ADAMS could effectively enhance the effect of active vibration isolation platform; the method of co-simulation provided a new way for dynamics studies of vibration isolation system.

The radiated noise caused by the vibration of the power plant equipment is in the low frequency band and contains discrete lines in the noise spectrum. Insertion of resilient isolators between the machinery and the base is one of the most common methods for controlling unwanted vibration and hence reducing the radiated noise. Passive and active vibration isolation systems have their own relative merits. Therefore, hybrid vibration isolation, a combination of passive and active isolation technique, is a solution to improve the vibration isolation effectiveness. In order to offset the deficiency of passive vibration isolation system of power equipment on ship, the control system of multi-step predictive self-tuning arithmetic in hybrid vibration isolation system was build. The model of the system was obtained and the design of control system was given. And the same time a example of system design was simulated and analyzed. The result showed that the control system of multi-step predictive self-tuning arithmetic in hybrid vibration isolation system can effectively offset the deficiency of passive vibration isolation system and the system have the well performance of robustness.
