In recent years, the need for sharing data containing user details is becoming a huge necessity. Maintaining those data becomes a complex task. In our project, we use a technique called “Bit Exchanging Method” where the data are encrypted so that they can be protected from the adversaries. The updated records needed to be checked often so that they can be used by the encryption techniques. We use a search so called as LBS which a breakthrough concept and technology which offers us an innovative search based on the user current location. They help us to find the user’s nearby pizza shop, restaurant, colleges, or any other service stations. Location based service provides the set of service which provides the geographic location of the user. Our project revolves around the HTML5 Geo Location which is an API used to find the location of the user. We utilize k closest neighbor questions where the portable client inquiries the area based specialist organization about surmised k closest purposes of enthusiasm on the premise of his present area. The installing of situating abilities in cell phones encourages the development of area based administrations which is considered as the following "executioner application" in the remote information advertise. Compared with our existing work, our solutions are efficient and provide secured privacy. Examinations have demonstrated that our answer is proper for KNN inquiries.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong berbagai perkembangan layanan yang mengikutinya.  Salah satunya adalah Location Based Service (LBS). Pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan LBS yang ditujukan untuk memberikan informasi sholat jumat di Kota Bandar Lampung.  Informasi yang disajikan diantaranya adalah lokasi masjid, jadwal khotib jumat dan rute ke arah masjid dari posisi pengguna aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengeolaan data oleh adminisrator sistem dan aplikasi android  untuk pengguna. Komunikasi data antara dua aplikasi dilakukan memalui web service. Hasil pengujuian menunjukkan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan informasi yang dimaksud dan pengujian berdasar Black Box Equivalence Partitioning menunjukkan aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditetapkan.   The development in information technology on telecommunication aspect have changed people’s perception in using it. One of the telecommunication aspect is cellphone, which can be used as the tool in developing public service. Along with the development of science and technology, the new application is created, namely GPS (Global Positioning System). GPS can give Location Based Service (LBS), an information service which can be accessed by using smartphone through mobile network and is able to use geographic location. In this research, the researcher designs and creates an application which can give the information about the Friday prayer schedules in Bandar Lampung, including the information about mosques, preacher who is in charge in certain mosque, and shows the nearest mosque location within a radius of 1 km. The application consists of Android Mobile for users and also Web Based System for Administrator which is connected with Web Service technology. The conclusion of this study is that the new application has been successfully created and can give the information about Friday prayer in Bandar Lampung.  The test result by using Black-Box equivalence partitioning shows that the application runs comply with the requirement.

The reliability, that is long-term quality, requires a different approaching from short-term quality which is used before. As the electronic components are to be easily normalized on the reliability evaluation, many reliability prediction methodologies are used. In this study, integrated reference model of reliability prediction is serviced for existing PRISM and Bellcore which is related on reliability prediction about electronic components, and will service reliability data based on PoF (Physics of Failure) from domestic research center. The constructed frame of reliability evaluation system, which can predict and evaluate reliability of electronic components and MEMS, is designed by using online service of the reliability data accumulated on web. To evaluate proposed system, the reliability evaluation of PCB (Printed Circuits Boards), which is used in NC controller of machine tools, is introduced according to PRISM, the representative reference model of reliability prediction about electronic components based on MIL-HDBK-217F.

Dynamic selection and dynamic binding and rebinding at runtime are new characters of composite services. The traditional static reliability prediction models are unsuitable to dynamic composite services. A new reliability predicting algorithm for composite services is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a composite service is decomposed into composition unites (executing path, composite module and atomic service) according to their constituents. Consequently, a hierarchical graph of all composite units is constructed. Lastly, a new dynamic reliability prediction algorithm is presented. Comparing with the traditional reliability model, the new dynamic reliability approach is more flexible, which does not recompute reliability for all composite units and only computes the reliability of the effected composite units. In addition, an example to show how to measure the reliability based on our algorithm is designed. The experimental results show our proposed methods can give an accurate estimation of reliability. Furthermore, a more flexible sensitivity analysis is performed to determine which service component has the most significant impact on the improvement of composite service reliability.
