Behavioral models are considered in the paper as the link between the description of the institutional structure of the economic system and the formation of macro-aggregates, reflecting the results of its operations. The degree of homogeneity of the private sector’s economic environment and complementary goals of private entities and government regulation are noted as basic characteristics of behavioral models. The author examines the differences in the estimates of these characteristics as one of the most important factors underpinning the architecture of modern macroeconomic models and their practical implications.

Background: Modern research on peripheral neuropathy circumstance utter that treatments with Vincristine (VCR) disturb the microtubular cells in sensory and motor neurons due to calcium over- load in sciatic nerve, unfortunately, VCR triggering the release of Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) in central neurons causes excitotoxicity as well. Although ethnomedical information specifies that Pterocarpus marsupium Roxb (PM) is widely used for various nervous disorders, not yet justified on VCR induced peripheral neuropathy and in relation to central mechanism. Objective: This study is aimed to explore the possible central and peripheral mechanism of flavonoid enriched PM in VCR induced neuropathy model. Methods: Neuropathic pain was induced in female Wistar rats by VCR (75μg/ kg/day, i.p) for 10 days. Nociceptive thresholds were assessed by subjecting them to behavioral and biochemical estimation, proinflammatory cytokines along with morphological evaluation. Results: PM significantly increased the nociceptive threshold evident from various behavioral models in comparison to VCR group. More importantly, PM significantly reversed the VCR induced calcium elevation, glutamate and aspartate release in the brain. Discussion: It was also observed that the raised TNF-α, Interleukin-1β were controlled and interleukin- 10 was elevated in sciatic nerve after PM treatment. Evident from histology, PM markedly reversed the VCR induced axonal degeneration, Schwann cell hyperplasia, and myelin fibrosis. Conclusion: Flavonoid enriched PM both 100 & 200mg/kg post and co-administration exerted a preventive and curative effect in VCR induced neuropathic pain by controlling calcium-mediated excitotoxicity through peripheral and central mechanism.

Background: The symbolic nodal analysis acts as a pivotal part of the very large scale integration (VLSI) design. Methods: In this work, based on the terminal relations for the pathological elements and the voltage differencing inverting buffered amplifier (VDIBA), twelve alternative pathological models for the VDIBA are presented. Moreover, the proposed models are applied to the VDIBA-based second-order filter and oscillator so as to simplify the circuit analysis. Results: The result shows that the behavioral models for the VDIBA are systematic, effective and powerful in the symbolic nodal circuit analysis.</P>

AbstractTo present the feasibility of a dynamic whole-body (DWB) 68Ga-DOTATOC-PET/CT acquisition in patients with well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (WD-NETs). Sixty-one patients who underwent a DWB 68Ga-DOTATOC-PET/CT for a histologically proven/highly suspected WD-NET were prospectively included. The acquisition consisted in single-bed dynamic acquisition centered on the heart, followed by the DWB and static acquisitions. For liver, spleen and tumor (1–5/patient), Ki values (in ml/min/100 ml) were calculated according to Patlak's analysis and tumor-to-liver (TLR-Ki) and tumor-to-spleen ratios (TSR-Ki) were recorded. Ki-based parameters were compared to static parameters (SUVmax/SUVmean, TLR/TSRmean, according to liver/spleen SUVmean), in the whole-cohort and according to the PET system (analog/digital). A correlation analysis between SUVmean/Ki was performed using linear and non-linear regressions. Ki-liver was not influenced by the PET system used, unlike SUVmax/SUVmean. The regression analysis showed a non-linear relation between Ki/SUVmean (R2 = 0.55,0.68 and 0.71 for liver, spleen and tumor uptake, respectively) and a linear relation between TLRmean/TLR-Ki (R2 = 0.75). These results were not affected by the PET system, on the contrary of the relation between TSRmean/TSR-Ki (R2 = 0.94 and 0.73 using linear and non-linear regressions in digital and analog systems, respectively). Our study is the first showing the feasibility of a DWB 68Ga-DOTATOC-PET/CT acquisition in WD-NETs.
