Power plant relay protection setting value of the hidden harm causes of relay protection device is not correct, safe and stable operation of the power plant. In this paper, from the angle of the safe operation of power plant, the hidden danger to plant with the protection setting is studied and then the risk evaluation method of power plant relay protection setting values of hidden trouble is proposed. From the power plant relay protection setting value considering two aspects of probability and consequences of potential outbreak of different values, value potential risk is considered, and of a certain power plant in Hubei was made the risk assessment and analysis, in order to verify the theoretical rationality and accuracy.

The European roadmap to the realization of fusion electricity breaks the quest into eight missions. For each mission, it reviews the current status of research, identifies open issues, and proposes a research and development programme. ITER is the key facility on the roadmap as it is expected to achieve most of the important milestones on the path to fusion power. The Fusion Roadmap is tightly connected to the ITER schedule and the vast majority of resources in fusion research are presently dedicated to ITER and its accompanying experiments. Parallel to the ITER exploitation in the 2030s, the construction of the demonstration power plant DEMO needs to be prepared. DEMO will for the first time supply fusion electricity to the grid and it will have a self-sufficient fuel cycle. The design, construction and operation of DEMO require full involvement of industry to ensure that, after a successful DEMO operation, industry can take responsibility for commercial fusion power. The European fusion roadmap provides a coherent path towards the fusion power plant, and it proposes in an integrated way to find solutions for all challenges that still need to be addressed. The configuration and setting calculation of auxiliary power protection are directly related to the regular and safe operation of the equipments, thereby affecting the security and stability of the power plant. The system features are analyzed in depth according to the operational requirements of auxiliary power system protection in Xiangjiaba hydropower plant ,the system model is built on the basis of the actual project, and a variety of short-circuit current calculations are carried out. At last, the setting of the auxiliary power system relay protection is completed. This thesis also proposes solutions to the emerging problems in the process of protection setting. The results of the setting have been applied to the actual operation and no misoperation or maloperation caused by improper constant setting value has occurred so far in Xiangjiaba hydropower plant.
