The tuning of PID controller parameters is the most important task in PID design process. A new tuning method is presented for PID parameters, based on multi-objective optimization technique and multi-attribute decision making method. Three performances of a PID controller, i.e. the accurate set point tracking, disturbance attenuation and robust stability are studied simultaneously. These specifications are usually competitive and any acceptable solution requires a tradeoff among them. A hybrid approaches is proposed. In the first stage, a Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA II) is employed to approximate the set of Pareto solution through an evolutionary optimization process. In the subsequent stage, a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) approach is adopted to rank these solutions from best to worst and to determine the best solution in a deterministic environment with a single decision maker. The ranking of Pareto solution is based on entropy weight and TOPSIS method. A turbine PID design example is conducted to illustrate the analysis process in present study. The effectiveness of this universal framework is supported by the simulation results.

For reservoirs with combined storage capacity for flood control and beneficial purposes, there tends to be potential benefit loss when the flood control limited water level is used in medium and small floods. How to find the optimal water level scheme for profit-making and pursue the optimization of comprehensive benefits has always been a difficult problem in multi-objective reservoir optimal operation. Based on the principle of the maximum benefit obtained by the product conversion curve and the isorevenue line in microeconomics, taking flood control and power generation as two products of a reservoir, a multi-objective optimal operation scheme decision-making model is established to seek the highest water level scheme that can produce the maximum comprehensive benefits of flood control and power generation. A case study of the Three Gorges reservoir in the early flood season of a dry year shows that on the one hand, under the condition of deterministic inflow, the model can work out the optimal water level and the corresponding best equilibrium point for both flood control and power generation, and it can increase the total power output by 4.48% without reducing the flood control benefits; on the other hand, it can also obtain the dynamic control area of the maximum allowable water level for power generation considering inflow forecast error, which provides a theoretical reference for determining the starting water level in medium and small floods and utilizing flood resources.

In the new electricity market environment, PV project investment faces more investment risks. For photovoltaic power generation characteristics of the project and with the integrated current research, we put forward the investment decision-making framework based on real option theory; we enrich and develop the applications of real options theory about investment decisions in the electricity, there are certain theoretical and practical significances.

Metode Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis atau MOORA adalah salah satu metode dari Multi Attribute Decision Making. Kata kunci - Pandemi COVID-19; Marketplace; MOORAThe COVID-19 pandemic has hit almost all over the world. This pandemic is also a period when people are required to carry out new habits, known as the New Normal. This new habit also affects the way people shop, especially shopping in the marketplace. By choosing the right marketplace, the community or consumers can meet needs such as health and household products that are most sought after during a pandemic. The Multi Objective Optimization method on The Basis of Ratio Analysis or MOORA is one of the methods of Multi Attribute Decision Making. The MOORA method can be used to determine marketplace recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The expected result is that the best alternative is obtained based on community assessment and calculations using the MOORA method so that consumer behavior can also be seen during the pandemic and become input for marketplace companies in the future.
