Aim of this research paper is to introduce a novel method of hybrid orthodontic tooth-borne distalizer treatment of class II malocclusion by using 3D printed biocompatible personalized distalizer. Explains 3D designing, printing and clinical application of individualized biocompatible medical device dedicated for orthodontic teeth distalization. Compares such distalizer manufactured from two different biocompatible photopolymers (white and transparent). Evaluates their clinical performance and also patients’ aesthetical perception. Clinical part includes comparison of treatment debonding on the set of 12 complete orthodontic treatments with uni-lateral class II malocclusion managed with hybrid approach (CAT-Invisalign with 3D printed distalizer). Paper offers an evaluation of the personalized distalizer functioning in regard to current publications and comparison to conventional prefabricated alternatives like Carriere® Distalizer™ appliance. Results showed no significance of material differences on clinical performance of such individualized distalizers. Research showed preference of patients towards transparent biocompatible photopolymer instead of white A2 shade.

Abrupt and fast change of technology give birth to research areas which are directly related to users. NLP is such type of emerging research area in which opinions of users using technology play the important role. As with advancement in social sites people post every information. These posts are related to perspective of user about some company service, regarding any political party and review related to entertainment industry. In NLP, opinion mining is considered as important field because it directly related to society opinion. It can be described as that field in which conclusion of posted opinions are extracted. Since posted messages are short in nature and it results sparse feature matrix giving less values of performance matrix. In this research paper we have proposed Optimised Feature Opinion Classifier for Big Data termed as OFOCBD which works on the principle of optimizing the classifiers giving improved values of performance matrix. In this research paper our proposed algorithms have shown better results as the data is converted into big data.

Abstract. Background: Multilevel peripheral arterial disease is frequently observed in patients with intermittent claudication or critical limb ischemia. This report evaluates the efficacy of one-stage hybrid revascularization in patients with multilevel arterial peripheral disease. Patients and methods: A retrospective analysis of a prospective database included all consecutive patients treated by a hybrid approach for a multilevel arterial peripheral disease. The primary outcome was the patency rate at 6 months and 1 year. Secondary outcomes were early and midterm complication rate, limb salvage and mortality rate. Statistical analysis, including a Kaplan-Meier estimate and univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were carried out with the primary, primary assisted and secondary patency, comparing the impact of various risk factors in pre- and post-operative treatments. Results: 64 patients were included in the study, with a mean follow-up time of 428 days (range: 4 − 1140). The technical success rate was 100 %. The primary, primary assisted and secondary patency rates at 1 year were 39 %, 66 % and 81 %, respectively. The limb-salvage rate was 94 %. The early mortality rate was 3.1 %. Early and midterm complication rates were 15.4 % and 6.4 %, respectively. The early mortality rate was 3.1 %. Conclusions: The hybrid approach is a major alternative in the treatment of peripheral arterial disease in multilevel disease and comorbid patients, with low complication and mortality rates and a high limb-salvage rate.

For years, achievements and discoveries made by researcher are made aware through research papers published in appropriate journals or conferences. Many a time, established s researcher and mainly new user are caught up in the predicament of choosing an appropriate conference to get their work all the time. Every scienti?c conference and journal is inclined towards a particular ?eld of research and there is a extensive group of them for any particular ?eld. Choosing an appropriate venue is needed as it helps in reaching out to the right listener and also to further one’s chance of getting their paper published. In this work, we address the problem of recommending appropriate conferences to the authors to increase their chances of receipt. We present three di?erent approaches for the same involving the use of social network of the authors and the content of the paper in the settings of dimensionality reduction and topic modelling. In all these approaches, we apply Correspondence Analysis (CA) to obtain appropriate relationships between the entities in question, such as conferences and papers. Our models show hopeful results when compared with existing methods such as content-based ?ltering, collaborative ?ltering and hybrid ?ltering.
