Considering the multi-valued mapping relationship of equipment response event to voltage sag, a lattice ordered evaluation method is proposed in this study. Each possible resulting state of equipment response event is described by an interval number. The interval numbers is with the characteristics of lattice order presented by the upper and lower probabilities. The possibility degree matrix is introduced to compare resulting states without satisfying the axioms of connectedness. Personal computer is simulated and compared testing results. The results have shown the validity and feasibility.

Considering the fuzzy factors in the aero-engine design integration platform implementation solution selection, using the prioritized interval number evaluation method, the implementation model of the aero-engine design integration platform implementation solution selection is established, and the priority relationship is calculated according to the relative distance between each attribute and the ideal point. Through the calculation of the relative distance between the interval value and the negative ideal point, the single evaluation value is obtained. Finally, the comparison result of the pre-selected scheme is obtained by analysing and solving the preferred model. The model comprehensively considers the determining factors in the optimization process and uncertain factors, clear logic, and the best results obtained are comprehensive and reasonable.

In view of the multiattribute decision making problem that the attribute values and weights are both three-parameter interval numbers, a new decision making approach and framework based on extension simple dependent degree are proposed. According to traditional extension simple dependent function, the new approach proposes a new extension dependent function for three-parameter interval number. Then through an interval mapping transformation method, the process for obtaining dependent degree for the interval with its optimal value not being the endpoint is transformed to the monotonous process for the interval with its optimal value being the endpoint. The method can not only perform uncertain analysis of decision results by different settings of attitude coefficients, but also take dynamic analysis and rule finding by some extension transformation. At last, an example is presented to examine the effectiveness and stability of our method.

The defects of present fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval value are pointed out. To improve these defects, a new calculation method of fuzzy membership degree is provided and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval number distance is built. This model is applied to Lake Dongchang. And it can be indicated that the proposed model is reasonable and practical.

In order to clarify the achievement and efficiency of enterprise learning in the process of cooperative innovation, a comprehensive criteria framework for the evaluation of enterprise learning performance is constructed taking the learning process and learning results as the construction idea based on organizational learning theory. And this paper proposes a novel dynamic evaluation method considering the interaction between attributes of learning performance. In this study, the criterion framework for the evaluation of enterprise learning performance in the process of cooperative innovation includes learning process performance and learning outcomes performance. The original matrices are given by managers and experts using fuzzy set theory, and a dynamic time sequence weight vector is calculated based on information entropy and time degree. The weight of learning performance attributes under different time series is calculated based on entropy measure method. The interactive information of learning performance attributes is integrated through the weight of learning performance attributes and the three-parameter weighted Heronian mean operator considering the interaction between attributes. And then, the dynamic and comprehensive evaluation result of learning performance in the process of cooperative innovation could be computed by integrating the learning performance information under different time series with time sequence weight vector. Finally, a real case is studied to verify the scientificity and validity of the criteria framework for the evaluation of enterprise learning performance and the method proposed in this study. This study not only helps cooperative enterprises get feedback in time and adjust cooperative relationships and learning styles but also enriches the theory of interorganizational management and provides a theoretical basis for the process of enterprise cooperative innovation.

The emergency response ability plays a decisive role in the railway dispatching emergency disposal process and the evaluation of response ability is particularly important. Based on the establishment of evaluation system, the evaluation of response ability to dispatching emergency by interval number theory of uncertainty in mathematics was studied. With using [0,1] interval evaluation and taking three mean value to calculate index attribute and using weight method, the paper establishes the evaluation method of response ability to dispatching emergency. At last, taking the evaluation response ability to dispatching emergency of Shanghai Railway Bureau as example, it is proved that the proposed method is effective, simple and feasible. The new evaluation model would provide the reference for improving level of railway dispatching emergency disposal.
