In this paper, dynamic measurement method is applied to test the damage of the bottom reinforced concrete column. The comparison between the calculated first order frequency of the bottom reinforced concrete column and the measured first order frequency shows that the result is consistent. This indicates that this approach is feasible. However, in recent years, dynamic measurement method is widely used in non-destructive testing of bridges and floors. The principle of the dynamic measurement method for the detection of reinforced concrete column utilizes the measured natural frequency, vibration model and damping ratio of reinforced concrete column and such inherent dynamic characteristics of indicators to reflect the damage of reinforced concrete column. And there is no secondary injury for the column. The simplified method of structure dynamics is applied to calculate the frequency of the bottom reinforced concrete column. And the simple calculation method is verified by experiment and practice.

This study has been doing research and development of 3-dimensional measurement method using the image processing technique for the measurement of dynamic displacement in shake table test. This measurement system is a very convenient system because it can measure the three-dimensional dynamic displacement in shake table test in which the several makers are only attached to the surface of an experimental structure. The system therefore is the most suitable measurement system for an evaluation of complex 3-dimensional behavior of experimental model. Fundamental hardware and software for the measurement system have been constructed until now. The fundamental dynamic measurement accuracy and effectiveness of the measurement system have been also confirmed from several shake table tests. This paper describes the dynamic measurement accuracy in shake table test in with the experimental model has several rotational behaviors, and also summarizes the synthetic performance of the proposed measurement system.

Based on the complexity of space environment and the limitation of space resources, a dynamic metric authentication method for spaceborne operating system with the trusted chip support is proposed, and the configurable key metric object identification scheme and verification strategy are given. In this method, Key measurement objects and measurement strategies can be set according to the key level of on-board application. The critical application processes in operation can be measured and verified periodically, then a system security protection verification mechanism for on-board software is obtained. The experimental results show that the dynamic measurement method improves the reliability of the system, and the performance meets the requirements of on-board applications, which has great practical value.
