Neutrino (antineutrino) [Formula: see text] scattering off 12 C is one of key reactions for the ν-process in the nucleosysnthesis of light nuclei, which usually assumes indirect two-step processes within the energy range from a few to tens of MeV. We investigate the direct [Formula: see text] quasi-elastic scattering off 12 C around the energy region liberating one nucleon and evaluate effects of the direct processes in the abundances. The direct processes might be comparable to the indirect processes if the final state interactions between outgoing nucleons and residual nuclei are explicitly taken into account.
