The stochastic oscillator is one of the popular tools used by technical analysts. The tools are used mainly to find the overbought and oversold position in the stock market. The stochastic values are between 0-100 which helps to determine the market scenario. The two stochastic indicators are comprised of two lines namely; %K and %D. The investors using the short-term moving average follows %K and for long-term moving average for %D. Though, both are used for buy signal or sell signal by the investors. The basic concept is if, the value of %K is seen above %D, which reflects to sell position, which in context to Nepalese stock market, the scenario is seen during the month of June-July of every fiscal year. At the same time, momentum uses transaction signal or trade signal or the zero ‘0’ line to find the bearish or bullish trend of the market. The momentum of NEPSE index clearly pictures out the bullish and the bearish trend for a specific duration. If the momentum line touches the ‘zero line’, the NEPSE has changed its trend.

The magnetic model of a proton flare is discussed, in agreement with the known characteristic features of proton-flare development, on the basis of the interaction of an emerging magnetic channel from the photosphere, and its being wedged into the field of an already existing interaction of two systems of magnetic fields of a complex active region with spots. This explains the origin of the two emission filaments following the splitting and of the ‘annular’ emission filament, entering the corona, connected by a fine loop structure with two split filaments in the chromosphere. The acceleration of particles and their ejection will take place in a number of created ‘zero line’ spaces and in spaces where magnetic lines of force are reconnected.An attempt is made to explain some Hα phenomena in connection with proton flares, by means of interactions of magnetic fields in the chromosphere and in the lower corona.

Aiming at the relatively complicated methods of zero-line detection of artillery, and the limiting of high requirements for target range measurement or the field of calibrating artillery of combat troops, this paper presents the method that laser alignment is applied to complete zero-line detection of artillery. This paper introduces the basic principles and methods of the method, and conduct theoretical analysis, modeling and calculation and determination of related parameters based on the optical principles of laser. This method can be used to complete zero-line detection of artillery in small venue, and provide convenient conditions for the detection for aiming line of artillery, the method is especially suitable for limiting of the field of calibrating artillery of combat troops, and calibrating artillery before shooting in a relatively harsh climatic conditions.

An easy method by which the amount of light may be at any time measured and registered appears to be still wanting. I would suggest the following plan, by which I believe the desired object may be attained. A B is a rod of solid metal, terminated by a heavy base, which keeps the rod in a perpendicular position. C D is a hollow tube, blackened inside, of such a diameter as exactly to fit and slide over A B. The extremity, B, of the rod A B is painted of a snowy white, with a jet-black spot in the centre, as shown in the figure. On A B is marked the scale, beginning with zero at A. The tube is pushed over the rod till the extremity C coincides with the zero line at A.
