The spin resonance of conduction electrons in a one-sided modulation doped quantum well in Si shows anomalies which we attribute to the microwave current induced Rashba field. We review results on the anisotropy of the lineshape, the amplitude and the temperature dependence which can be qualitatively explained in terms of this current-induced conduction electron spin resonance.
