The ratio of the exclusive B → K*γ and the inclusive b → sγ rare decay widths is calculated with the account of relativistic corrections on the basis of the quark model and the quasipotential method. It is found that R = Γ (B → K*γ)/Γ (b → sγ) = 6.5%.
