This study presents the findings of a questionnaire-based investigation of knowledge about the relationship of physical activity to health among adolescent participants of a community-based physical activity intervention program in São Paulo, Brazil. Qualitative (inductive content analysis) and quantitative methods were applied to examine the participants’ responses to two open-ended questions concerning the health benefits of physical activity and the educational goals of the intervention. More than 75% of all participants stated that health benefits (of some type) are attained through participation in physical activity. More than 50% of participants reported that the goal of the intervention was to educate people about the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle. Adolescents understand the relationship of physical activity to health as reflected in their knowledge assessments; their lifestyle choices support these beliefs. These findings offer encouragement for the development and implementation of educationally oriented interventions aimed at providing physical activity information and programming.

Epilepsy is a disorder in which several recurrent seizures occur, and despite the fact that there are over twenty anti-seizure drugs available, more than 30% of people with epilepsy continue to have seizures (Friedman & Devinsky, 2015; Kolb & Whishaw, 2009). Many researchers have turned to marijuana, specifically the constituent cannabidiol (CBD), as they search for new solutions to effectively help this treatment-resistant form of epilepsy. The purpose of this paper is to provide an assessment between the relationship of marijuana and epilepsy. I will review a total of six studies, including one case study, and one meta-analysis. A considerable amount of controversy surrounds this topic, as marijuana is illegal in many parts of the world, and many researchers are undecided as to whether its legalization will be beneficial or not. In spite of this disagreement, most researchers believe that marijuana, specifically CBD, has shown some evidence in regard to the positive health benefits and reduction of seizures in epilepsy. Future analysis requires high quality and reliable studies which can continue to further our understanding of the relationship between marijuana and epilepsy.

Objective Gestational diabetes mellitus is the first time or any degree of glucose tolerance abnormalities discovered during the pregnancy. In the global the incidence of GDM can reach 15%. In China also reached 6.6%. Numerous studies have demonstrated that lifestyle intervention for the pregnant woman, especially to increase physical activity can significantly reduce the risk of GDM. Our research aims to search and analyze researches about the relationship of risk of gestational diabetes mellitus and physical activity intervention. Then we clear the effect of physical activity intervention and provide some advices for the future in this field.  Methods The literature data were used though Pubmed, Web of Science, EBSCO, CNKI et al. database and we searched with the keywords of “physical activity”, “exercise”, “exercise intervention”, “gestational diabetes mellitus”, “glucose tolerance”, “postpartum diabetes prevention” in all these database. Finally we reviewed researches on physical activity interventions in GDM patients, discussed the relationship of before pregnancy, during pregnancy and postpartum physical activity intervention between the GDM risk. And we used the comparative analysis to get the corresponding conclusions. Results 1. Women of European and American countries during pregnancy who participated in physical activity and achieve the recommended amount was common, but only about 1/5 of Chinese women can achieve the physical activity amount which was recommended. 2. Join in regular physical activity before, during and after pregnancy, women could reduce the risk of GDM. 3. Aerobic training and/or resistance training could effectively improve glucose metabolism and insulin in patients with GDM and the recommended exercise prescription was moderate intensity, 3 to 5 days a week, last longer than 6 weeks. Conclusions The incidence of GDM is closely connected with pregnancy lifestyle changes. Women take part in regular physical activity before, during and after pregnancy could reduce the risk of GDM. But this kind of research is rare and behindhand in China. In the future, we should put forward the corresponding suggestions for our country to make pregnancy physical activity guidelines. In the other hand, researchers should verify the effect of health of pregnant women after the exercise intervention.

The retail market in Vietnam continues to grow with the entry of foreign retail brands and the strong rise of domestic businesses in expanding distribution networks and conquering consumer confidence. The appearance of more retail brands has created a fiercely competitive market. Based on the outcomes of previous research results on brand choice intention combined with a customer survey, the paper proposes an analytical framework and scales to examine the relationship of five elements including store image, price perception, risk perception, brand attitudes, brand awareness and retail brand choice intention with a case study of the Hanoi-based Circle K convenience store chain. These five elements are the precondition for retail businesses to develop their brands so as to attract customers.

Several studies have shown that the success of interregional cooperation may be influenced by coordination, commitment, participation, variance of cooperation, structure, format of cooperation, and political will. Nevertheless, these factors do not stand alone since actor relations as a determining aspect is capable of driving those factors effectively. This article aims to examine the aspect of actor relations as a contributing factor that determines successful cooperation among regions. This is a qualitative research with the policy of inter-regional cooperation of the Banjarbakula Program, South Kalimantan Province from February 2017 to February 2018, set as its object of study. The result of this study states that the success of inter-regional cooperation is influenced by the relationship of actors in development factors as suggested by previous experts. The actors involved in the inter-regional cooperation examined in this case had become triggers of coordination, commitment, and participation toward success and failure, as well as the effectiveness of regional cooperation policy. Structural obstacles, ego-centric character, minimum budget availability, and non-visionary planning could be overcome as long as actor relations were properly managed.
