Urban air pollution is widely recognized. Recently, there have been a few projects that examined air quality in rural areas (e.g., AUPHEP project in Austria, WOODUSE project in Denmark). Here we present the results within the International Cooperation Project RER/2/005 targeted at studying the effect of local combustion processes to air quality in the village of Brzezina in the countryside north-west of Wroclaw (south western Poland). We identified the potential emission sources and quantified their contributions. The ambient aerosol monitoring (PM10and elemental concentrations) was performed during 4 measurement cycles, in summer 2009, 2010 and in winter 2010, 2011. Some receptor modeling techniques, factor analysis-multiple linear regression analysis (FA-MLRA) and potential source localization function (PSLF), have been used. Different types of fuel burning along with domestic refuse resulted in an increased concentration of PM10particle mass, but also by an increased in various other compounds (As, Pb, Zn). Local combustion sources contributed up to 80% to PM10mass in winter. The effect of other sources was small, from 6 to 20%, dependently on the season. Both PM10and elemental concentrations in the rural settlement were comparable to concentrations at urban sites in summer and were much higher in winter, which can pose asignificant health risk to its inhabitants.

In today's Turkey, rapid technological changes and developments at global level has increased to migration from village to urban areas. Sustainable rural development (SRD) means that future generations can meet their needs in a settlement that is less than a population of 20,000, so that past generations can’t complain about them. For sustainable rural development, it is important to prevent rural migration and to present labour, production, marketing and living opportunities in rural areas. In this context, the study was conducted in order to investigate the causes of migration from the village to the city, to take the necessary precautions and to make suggestions for the SRD. For this purpose, the research has been applied to farmers in selected villages in Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Aegean, Marmara, Mediterranean and Eastern Anatolia Regions in Turkey with face to face discussions and 141 questionnaires have already been collected. It was found that Cronbach Alpha was found to be quite reliable as the result of the analysis with a scale value of 0.785. Reasons for migration as a result of factor analysis can be classified as: 1) Migration due to education, 2) Migrations based on physical infrastructure. Numerous independent variables considered to be effective on these problems were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. As a result, it has been determined that many factors, mainly demographic qualities, are effective on migrations based on both education and physical infrastructure.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

This study aims to determine whether the business copra in the district Tenga still profitable, to determine what the Break Event Point Tenga copra farmers in the district, and to identify factors - factors that affect business profits copra. The data used are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample villages in this study using the "purposive sampling" of the sample villages selected intentionally or based on certain considerations that are copra and the village center is easily reached by researchers thus simplifying data retrieval. Data sample is taken from farmers who have land locations above 2 hectares that surround the District Tenga with a sample size of 40 farmers as respondents in the village Tawaang, Radey village, the village of Tenga, Sapa Village, Sapa West Village, and Village of Pakuweru. To answer the first objective used descriptive analysis and profit analysis, ntuk answered the second goal calculate the break even point. Break Even Point and to answer the third goal is to see how the influence of independent variables (independent variables) Xi is a factor of production to the dependent variable (the dependent variable) Y namely profits, used multiple linear regression analysis. Results can be concluded that the copra farmers economically advantageous in the study area, namely in terms of value - average R / C per farmer is 1.80 and the calculation results show that the break-even point copra farmers profitable because pass the impass point. Education, age, dependents, the experience of farmers, land area and the number of coconut palms simultaneously influence no significant effect on earnings copra farmers due to land and businesses copra in the area of research has become a legacy handed down so that the well management system has been implemented by itself while the factors of production cost effect the real income of farmers due to the advantage of copra business is strongly influenced by labor that perform processing of coconut climbing to cultivate coconuts into copra.

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of variables of transformational leadership style and working discipline towards the performance of village devices. This research uses a case study method conducted against the village device in Madukara Sub-district, Banjarnegara district. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 village device people. The result of this research has a number of advices for village officials, especially in Madukara sub-district of Banjarnegara district, to further improve its performance so that the village governance system is well maintained. The data analysis technique used is test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variables of the transformational leadership style (X1) were significantly affected by the performance (Y) variables. Then the work discipline variable (X2) significantly affects the performance variable. Variables of the transformational leadership style and work discipline are simultaneously affecting the performance variables. The working discipline variable is the variable that most affects the performance of village devices in Madukara sub-district, Banjarnegara district. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Performance
