In order to meet the requirements of “wide, thin, strong and light” for military stealth materials, it is of great practical value to study the absorbing characteristics of multi-layer MWCNTs/Fe3O4/NBR absorbing materials in space. First, we use the large-scale software COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the absorbing characteristics of the composite thin plate in space. Then the four-port network matrix is used to calculate the absorbing characteristics of the composite plate in space. Finally, the Free-Space method is used to measure the reflection attenuation loss, and the results of the three methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that when the frequency is 10 GHz, the reflection loss of multi-layer MWCNTs/Fe3O4/NBR reaches the maximum value of −27.91, −27.01 and −22.56 dB by COMOSL numerical simulation, four-port network the matrix and Free-Space experimental measurement. The results of the three methods show that the reflection loss is less than −10 dB in the frequency band of 6–14 GHz.

A large scale experimental program consisting of testing 10 RC slabs with different variations of concrete compressive strength, reinforcement ratio and retrofit was conducted in Brazil. As part of that test program, a small-scale blast pre-test setup and associated dynamic analysis were conducted in order to confirm the proper functioning of the blast test sensors (pressure gages, displacement meter and accelerometers). The results of the pre-test were compared with theoretical blast wave parameter predictions using established equations and maximum displacement predictions using simplified dynamic analysis. The pre-test experiment provided useful insights and was shown to be critical for the success of the subsequent large scale blast tests.

Scheduling technology plays an important role in avoiding the occurrence of large scope blackout. India "7.30", "7.31" blackout indicates dispatching mechanism is not reasonable. It is more important that it violates scheduling and supervision direction. The network defense mechanism is not perfect. It is lack of dynamic analysis and safety evaluation capacity. Dispatching technology can be a basis for China's high-voltage power grid construction, dispatching management and establishing a perfect accident recovery plan.

In this paper, a 1.5 MW wind turbine tower in Dali, Yunnan Province is used as the research object, using large-scale finite element software Ansys to carry on the dynamic analysis. These natural frequencies and natural vibration type of the first five of tower are obtained by modal analysis and are compared with natural frequency to determine whether the resonance occurs. Based on the modal analysis, the results of the transient dynamic analysis are obtained from the tower, which is loaded by the static wind load and fluctuating wind load in two different forms. By comparing the different results, it provides the basis for the dynamic design of wind turbine tower.

In order to solve 3-D dynamic problem for large-scale structure, based on HDDM (Hierarchical Domain Decomposition Method) method, 3-D dynamic finite element parallel computing method of large-scale structure is studied. In this paper, BDD method and Newmark-β average acceleration method in time integration is used. Based on ADVENTRUE program, the corresponding linear implicit transient dynamic parallel program which is based on the MPI parallel environment and can be used in shared memory and distributed memory parallel computer is prepared. Several pre-conditioners are contrasted using some examples, and the results show that BDD preconditioner or BDD-DIAG preconditioner can be used in 3-D dynamic analysis for large-scale structure.
