A qualitative research method with the semi-structured interview was chosen by the researcher to gather information from travel agencies within Bangkok. The constant comparative analysis was used to analyze the data collected by 8 travel agencies in Bangkok. The result revealed that the travel agencies have looked at technological development by using a different type of social media or otherwise using the help of the internet to a more advanced level. They also care about their ongoing relations with the collaboration they have like the hotels, sightseeing company, etc., and are focusing on maintaining their relationship with them in the future as well and help in the growth process. The most important aspect that the travel agencies have focused on is the safety and trust-building among the customers or the tourists visiting the destination with them.

Compared to undergraduates, the study objectives of postgraduates have changed considerably, it is thus important that the learning method should also change correspondingly. Higher postgraduate education should therefore guide postgraduates to change their roles successfully. This study elaborates on why and how postgraduates can change their role, what postgraduates should do, future opportunities, and so on. The result of the study has great significance for the changing role of postgraduates in China's educational system.

The Prologue reaches back into the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries to reveal the deep roots of modern communications networks in German-speaking Central Europe. It highlights the changing role of the state in the development of roads, waterways and postal networks, from the emergence of the post-Westphalian territorial state to the diffusion of cameralist ideas in the following centuries. It considers how communications networks influenced, and were in turn shaped by, changing understandings of the function of exchange in society and the economy. It describes the related, changing context of academic scientific research in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, and how the broader circulation of ideas slowly merged with cameralist notions of ‘useful knowledge’ to stimulate technological development.
