In this paper were studied some atomic properties for Boron atom and like ions such as ( C+1 and N+2) for different excited states( where nequal (3,4,5). This system consists of five –electron : two electron each in(1S,2S-Level) with same quantum number except spin component ,where the first electron with spin up (α)and the other –down(β) and the Fifth electron puts in(n S-Level)with spin up(α).using Hartree –Fock approximation in position spaceand electron density at the nucleus ρ(0)  have been calculated for these states of the same atom .

We present two-color modulation transfer spectroscopy as a tool for precision studies of atomic properties of excited states. The bi-colored technique addresses a narrow set of velocity groups of a thermal atomic vapour using a two-step transition to “burn a hole” in the velocity distribution. The resulting spectrum presents sub-Doppler linewidths, good signal-to-noise ratio and the trademark sidebands that work as an {in situ} ruler for the energy spacing between atomic resonances. The spectra obtained can be used for different applications such as measurements of energy splittings or stabilization of laser frequencies to excited atomic transitions.PACS Nos.: 32.10.Fn, 32.30.–r, 42.50.Gy, 42.60.Fc

Using R.D. Cowan’s computations (1979) and parametric calculations of Meinders et al (1982), old analyses are thoroughly revised and extended at Aligarh, of Zr III by Khan et al (1981), of Nb IV by Shujauddin et Chaghtai (1985), of Mo V by Tauheed at al (1985). Cabeza et al (1986) confirmed the last one largely.Extensive studies have been reported of the 1–e spectra, Zr IV (Rahimullah et al 1980; Acquista and Reader 1980), Nb V (Shujauddin et al 1982; Kagan et al 1981) and Mo VI (Edlén et al 1985). Some interacting 4p54d2levels of these spectra have been reported from our laboratory, also.Detailed spectral analyses of transitions between excited states have furnished complete energy values for J ≠ 1 levels of these spectra during 1970s and 80s. Shujauddin et al (1982) have worked out Nb VI and Tauheed et al (1984) Mo VII from our lab, while Khan et al (1981) share the work on Zr V with Reader and Acquista (1979).

The intensity of a specrtal line from an optically thin plasma such as the outer atmosphere of the sun depends on both the atomic properties of the atomic ion responsible for the line and the physical nature of the plasma. In this paper we discuss the various ways in which the measured spectral intensities from the sun are used to discover something about the nature of the sun’s atmosphere. The technique has been referred to as the emission measure method. It has important limitations in terms of the accuracy of the specrtal data as well as the atomic data. We discuss some of these and suggest methods by which they may be assessed. The technique is illustrated by application to real observations from a number of authors.
