This research addresses attention to human upper limb experimental analysis during feeding process aiding disabled persons. The research core is focused on the experimental process of obtaining the angular amplitudes and trajectories developed by the human upper arm during feeding process. The research originality consists on the obtained results which can be used in further researches for command and control of robotic assisting devices.

At present, China's CNC machine tool widely used FANUC 0i NC system. the FANUC system can be divided into two parts: the control of servo motor and spindle motor action system and control of auxiliary electrical part of the PMC,PMC uses software to realize the control, can be modified online, with the system fault detection and diagnosis.The emergency stop function is to protect the machine safety. Therefore, timely and effective treatment emergency stop fault is the key to improve the reliability of machine tool, but it caused the emergency stop for many reasons, this article mainly expounds the control principle of emergency stop in the FANUC 0i CNC system; the typical fault example was analyzed, diagnosed and eliminated by PMC. As a result, we put forward some solutions to emergency stop fault.

Construction and control principle of the new combined steel lead damper (NCSLD) were introduced, pseudo-static tests of NCSLD which would be used in the subsequent shaking table tests were carried out for the study of its mechanical properties using electro-hydraulic servo press-shear machine. Structural seismic design procedure using NCSLD is presented. An engineering example of seismic strengthening using NCSLD is provided. Results of tests and analyses indicate that NCSLD has full hysteresis loops which take on bilinearity; NCSLD is of strong energy dissipation ability and has obvious control effects for structural inter-story displacement and acceleration reactions.

In this paper, taking the quantitative casting system for lead anode plate as the object of study, develop a control system based on the fieldbus and fuzzy control. Introduce the process and control principle of the lead anode plate casting, and establish the quantitative pouring control system from two aspects as the designs of hardware and software equipment.The system adopts the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology and uses SIMATIC PLC as the master station to structure the casting control system. It describes the realization and simulation of the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm in quantitative casting system.The simulation results show: Fuzzy - PI control scheme has a better control effectiveness than the traditional PID control system,for a smaller control response curve overshoot and error, a shorter response time and restraining the outside interference to the system and the instability of casting flow.

Smoothness and discontinuous (SD) oscillator is a nonlinear oscillator with the variable frequency, whose frequency can be varied with the smoothing parameter. However, how to adjust the smoothing parameter has not been solved in the actual device. In this paper, the shape memory alloy (SMA) is introduced into the SD oscillator to form the SMA-SD oscillator to adjust the smoothing parameters. Combining the SMA-SD oscillator with MRF, a nonlinear dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) with variable frequency and damping is designed. The structure and control principle of the designed DVA is studied to achieve the two variable characteristics simultaneously by adjusting the current intensity. Numerical results on a two-degree-of-freedom coupled system show that the proposed DVA can adapt to different working conditions only by adjusting the current intensity.

In this paper, we carry out a demonstration and comparative analysis of known methods of the synthesis of various control laws ensuring the invariance of the output (controlled) variable with respect to external disturbances under various assumptions about their type and channels of acting on the control plant. Methods of the synthesis are presented on the example of a third-order nonlinear system with single input and single output (SISO-systems), dynamic feedback synthesis is presented at a descriptive level and the focus is on procedures of static feedback synthesis. For the systems in which the matching conditions are not satisfied, it is concluded that it is expedient to introduce smooth and bounded nonlinear local feedbacks. Within the framework of the block control principle, we developed an iterative procedure of synthesis of S-shaped sigmoid feedbacks for such systems. Nonlinear local feedbacks ensure stabilization of the output variable with the given accuracy and settling time as in a system with traditionally used linear local feedbacks with high gains. However, in contrast to it, sigmoid functions do not lead to a large overshoot of state variables and control actions.

In this paper, we analyze the work principle and control principle of floating panel board type clutch and brake of mechanical press. We focus on analyzing the clutch and brake compatibility test and control. In addition to this, various production machinery drag in most of the motor as power. Motor is controlled through some automatic mode. The most common control mode is relay and contactor, also called electrical control. It is an important part of automatic control. The practitioners must be familiar with this part of knowledge and improve the practical ability. In the electrical control training, we should take positive and effective methods, design the task reasonably, make project and broaden the thinking, to reach the ideal experimental effect.

Existing laser honing machines all utilize the motion mode of workpiece movement. But as to complex workpiece, this mode is inappropriate to use. For example, cylinder liner, pre-casted into the engine block, is not suitable to rotate when fixed on the chuck, because the block is irregular and heavy. This equipment uses the mode of laser head rotation and linear motion. The workpiece keeps still during the laser texturing process. In this paper, the structure design and control principle of the laser machine are narrated in detail. The process of the machine is a new method of laser micro-texturing, named as “single-pulse interval of the same point many times”. The method contributes to processing microscopic or macroscopic morphology and significantly reduces the negative thermal effects of laser processing
