Measurement and control system is the key equipment for testing and analyzing of the dynamic characteristics for a nonlinear absorber.It is the necessary means of accomplishing to design the rationalization of the nonlinear absorber. This article has conducted the detailed research in the new development of absorber test equipment to the desing of system structure, The constituent of software system, and The process design, and The development of the computer program based on virtual techniques. Debugging and running this software system have shown that the precision and reliability of it have been proved.

In order to measure the transmission error of bevel gear pair, a measurement method of transmission error based on the best mounting distance was introduced. The algorithm of adjustment of the best mounting distance was presented, and the single flank testing of bevel gear pair was carried out on this position. The evaluation of transmission error and frequency spectrum was described. Measurement and control software was developed including the function of data acquisition and processing and graphic display, optimizing search of best mounting distance and SPC statistical analysis. The class diagram, the sequence diagram, the test case diagram and the main interface of the software was designed. The experiment was carried out that the mounting distance on 130.0mm of pinion is the best mounting distance according to the value of the factor F 0.699. Under the best mounting distance, the total tangential composite deviation is 79.27μm. The method and the software mentioned in this paper can be used in measurement of the bevel gear pair or the face gear pair.

So-called PV value can reflect the synthetic using performance of sliding bearings and the limit pressure of the lubricant. The newly developed multifunctional tester was introduced in this paper for investigating the PV limit values of bearings, in which the speed spectrum and load spectrum were first timely introduced to simulate the bearings' actual working conditions. In this test-bed, four samples, i.e., four friction couples can be dynamically and synchronously tested and measured. The developed measurement and control software based on object –oriented language has the functions of data collecting, processing, alarming and controlling etc. In the system, several measures have been taken to resist electromagnetism disturbances in both hardware and software parts. The disturbance signals have been effectively screened and restrained, so as to the stability and precision of the tested data have been greatly improved.

Based on the purpose of achieving real-time measurement of more type parameters and real-time data share in measurement and control system, Lab VIEW is taken as supervisory and control software, combining OPC interface to implement the objective. It could carry out fast and reliable data communication between ECU and PC, as well as precise delivery and efficient manage of calibration parameters, so it could achieve off-line or online calibration for engine.
