The aim of this study was to analyze the field work of a farmer (75 milking Normandy breed cows) during the reproductive season (between the 15 of October and the 15 of February of years 1995-2002), and to compare the visual detection technique with the use of the DEC (electronic heat detector). At the same time the information that the farmer received from the DEC helped him to breed the cows in an optimum moment for AI, which consequently reduced the number of cows that would come back into heat after 3 weeks, as well as reduce the number of cows he would cull at the end of the reproductive season for reproductive reasons. In such a manner he improved his first AI success rate from year to year (1995-49%, 1996-44%, 1997-33%, 1998- 31%, 1999-16%, 2000-58%, 2001-55% and 2002-63%).

Jantung merupakan bagian organ tubuh manusia yang sangat penting, pada tubuh manusia jantung tersebut sebagai pertahanan hidup terakhir setelah otak. Denyut dari jantung bekerja sendirinya dan tidak bisa dikontrol oleh manusia. Detak jantung di representasikan sebagai beat per minute (BPM). Setiap denyut jantung manusia yang normal berkisaran angka 60-100 permenit, apabila angka tersebut lebih maupun kurang maka dikategorikan tidak normal. Dalam kondisi lingkungan yang  tercemar dan polusi udara terkontaminasi virus maka dapat membahayakan jantung. Virus tersebut dapat menular ke makhluk hidup lainnya secara cepat melalui udara secara bebas. Akhir tahun 2019 ditemukan virus covid-19 di wuhan. Virus tersebut sangat membahayakan dan menyerang pernafasan sehingga mengakibatkan korban jiwa, serta virus corona sudah menyebar luas seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini sangat penting berdasarkan data statistic angka penyebaran covid-19  semakin bertambah dengan beberapa kasus. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu prajurit TNI yang akan melaksanakan tugas operasi baik didalam maupun luar negeri. Sehingga tingkat efisiensi waktu dan biaya dapat diminimalisir guna memberikan pelayanan pada prajurit TNI. Metode yang digunakan pada Polector C-19 yaitu metode Photoplethysmography (PPG) dengan berdasarkan parameter data gejala covid-19. Tingkat nilai kesalahan  pada Polector C-19 mencapai 0,3%.

AbstractA single-crystal high-temperature X-ray camera has been built with permissible operating temperatures of 2500°C. The camera is constructed to rest upon a Siemens horizontal diffractometer and may be used with either an external electronic detector or with film. The sample is supported on an externally adjustable goniometer head and is heated from the back by an ion beam. Controlled oscillation allows rotation photographs to be obtained from the sample surface not touched by the ion stream. Temperature is controlled by a thermocouple supporting the sample, the thermocouple being an intrinsic part of the goniometer. As a design limit, zero and first order layer lines with iron Kα. radiation on specimens with lattice parameters of 2.6 Å or larger may be recorded. Copper, cobalt, and molybdenum radiation allow even greater latitude. Types of samples that may be studied include powder (pellet), single crystal, wire, or rod. The camera serves equally well for single-crystal, texture, or powder studies on refractory materials.

The integration of the three-dimensional profile of each node of the reciprocal lattice without ana priorimodelling of the shape of the reflections is a prerequisite in order to improve the capability of area detectors in diffraction studies. Bolotovskyet al.[J. Appl. Cryst.(1995),28, 86–95] published a new method of area-detector peak integration based on a statistical analysis of pixel intensities and suggested its generalization for processing of high-resolution three-dimensional electronic detector data. This has been done in the present work, respecting the special requirements of data collected from neutron diffraction. The results are compared with other integration methods. It is shown that the seed-skewness method is successful in giving very reliable results and simultaneously optimizes the standard deviations. The integration procedures are applied to real data, which are refined and compared with benchmark results.
