The working hypothesis started from the premise of the benefits of the electromagnetic field therapy (EMFT) benefits in order to densify the periodontal bone tissues. The objective of this study was to quantify the results of using this therapy with the Electronic Doctor Stem Generator (EDSG) in the densification of affected alveolar bone tissues by clinical and radiological examinations. The study was performed on 30 patients, who benefited from adjuvant therapy in the electromagnetic field (EMF) with the EDSG device after performing the specific dental treatments. We applied these very low-frequency EMF bioactivation treatment delivered by EDSG device, 30 daily exposures for a 2-hour interval. The results proved the appreciable reduction of teeth mobility, the reduction of periodontal pockets depth and the bone regeneration in the regions exposed to the EMF produced by EDSG device. EMF adjuvant therapy with EDSG device is an innovative, atraumatic and non-invasive therapy.

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is the enzyme that controls the acetylcholine (ACh) concentrations in cholinergic synaptic clefts by hydrolyzing ACh to choline and acetate. In this paper, we investigate the effect of very low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation on AChE activity. AChE was exposed to VLF-EMFs with electric field intensity ranged from 0 to 200V/m and exposure time ranged from 0 to 120min. The results demonstrated that the VLF-EMF increased enzyme activity when the intensity ranged from 80V/m to 100V/m as well as exposure time ranged from 60min to 80min. And the AChE activity decreased when the intensity ranged from 120V/m to 140V/m and exposure time ranged from 20min to 120min. Thus, those results are significant in clinical treatments.

Taking the 2018 Ms6.9 Indonesia earthquake as a case study, the ionospheric perturbations in very low frequency (VLF) transmitters recorded by China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite (CSES) were mainly investigated, as well as the multi parameters of the plasma and electromagnetic field. The characteristics of electron density (Ne), GPS TEC, ULF electric field, ion drift velocity, and ionosphere height were extracted and compared with the features of the signal-noise ratio (SNR) from VLF transmitters of NWC at the southern hemisphere and JJI at the northern hemisphere. Most disturbances in VLF radio waves occurred along the orbits near the epicenter within 10 days before the earthquake. Along these orbits, we observed simultaneous modulations in the Ne and ULF electric field, as well as the changed ion drifting directions. There was also high spatial correspondence between both SNR and ionospheric height anomalies over the epicentral and its magnetic conjugate regions. Combined with the multi observations, these results suggest that the genesis of perturbations in signals emitted by VLF transmitters on satellite was more likely related to the overlapped electric field in the preparation area of the earthquake.

With the development of technology, it has become possible for various measuring devices to measure the size of electromagnetic fields nowadays. Therefore, it has been realized that biological creatures are under the influence of electromagnetic fields with increasing intensity. This mini-review aims to state that exposure to a very-low-frequency electromagnetic field affects living beings by using the systems we know and to draw the attention of researchers to this point. While very low frequency Electromagnetic Fields (ELF-EMF) affect living things thermally, researches that living things are made by strengthening or accelerating neurotransmitter-receptor interaction have increased in recent years.
