The high frequency intrinsic and effective permeability was calculated for spherical iron and barium particles in a nonmagnetic matrix (epoxy resin) by using the combination of Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation and extended Bruggeman’s effective medium theory with the consideration of the skin effect. It was found that the microwave properties of the composite were influenced by many parameters, such as damping parameter, volume fractions and size of magnetic components. The sandwich microwave absorber with reflection loss < −10 dB over the range of 6-22 GHz was achieved. The thickness of absorber is only 4.25 mm.

New {[({[(Co41Fe39B20)X(SiO2)100X]/[(Co41Fe39B20)X(SiO2)100х+O2]}178 and {[(Co45Fe45Zr10)X(Al2O3)100-X]/[(Co45Fe45Zr10)X(Al2O3)100-X+O2]}300 multilayer heterogeneous structure has been obtained by ion-beam sputtering method. Magnetostatic and magnetodynamic properties and the structure of the nanocomposites have been investigated. It was shown that, the oxidized interlayer composite adding lead to suppression of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy component, and a change in the magnetic structure of the composites, which determines the change in the frequency dependence of the real (μ/) and imaginary (μ//) parts of the complex permeability.

Problem statement. An important requirement is quality assurance of joining materials with minimal overheating of materials, lowering the soldering temperature and suppressing the interaction of the solder with the materials to be soldered. The heating of the solder and the holder should be as uniform as possible and with a minimum temperature difference along the depth. One solution may be to develop more efficient solders and fluxes, adapted to the high heating rates that are typical when using high frequency currents Purpose. Thus, the problems of uniform heating of parts during brazing are relevant. This is necessary for optimal distribution of the electromagnetic field in the contact area Methodology. The effect of the heating rate was investigated. The composition of the flux and solders on the microstructure of the solders and the brazed seam was performed on the joints of HV510 (DIN), HS345 (DIN), HG30 (DIN) hardmetal plates with steel holders made of 5135 (USA) steel with a section of 25×20. Results. The research of the processes showed that during the contact interaction of low-melting and refractory components of the solders, when the tool was soldered, the solder is formed in the seam and proceeds through several stages. Practical value. Contact interaction of copper-zinc melts with iron particles does not lead to complete dissolution of iron particles. This is explained to the low values of the solubility of iron in copper-zinc melts despite the fact that resistive heat release occurs in the particles. Such iron particles (iron-based alloy) act as a dispersed phase in the structure of the composite material.

FeGa/FeNi bilayer structures with different deposition order were fabricated by the electrodeposition method on indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates. The structure, morphology, static and dynamic magnetic properties of FeGa/FeNi (FeNi/FeGa) films were investigated. The bilayer structures exhibit extremely various magnetic properties with different deposition order which could be attributed to the different coupling interaction in the interface. When FeGa is on top, the bilayer structures show lower coercivity than when FeNi is on top. Meanwhile, increase of the proportion of FeNi in the bilayer structure could affect the Hc and Mr/Ms. The ferromagnetic resonance peak of FeGa on top moves to a high field compared with FeNi on top. Moreover, FeGa on top shows improved complex permeability and a clear resonant phenomenon of the magnetization. These properties make FeGa/FeNi bilayer structure a potential candidate for high-frequency application.

The paper is focused on the development and optimization of strontium ferrite nanomaterial and photosintered flexible thin films. These magnetic thin films are characterized with direct current (DC) and high frequency measurements. For photosintered strontium ferrite samples, we achieved relative complex permeability of about 29.5-j1.8 and relative complex permittivity of about 12.9-j0.3 at a frequency of 5.9 GHz.

Single-phase Z-type strontium cobalt hexaferrite was prepared by polymerizable complex method. Magnetic properties and dynamic magnetic response for high frequency of the Z-type ferrite were studied. Single-phase Z-type hexaferrite was obtained by heating at 1473K for 5 hours in air. Phase identification and determination of lattice parameters were carried out by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). Magnetic properties were discussed by measuring of M-H curve with vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The complex permeability and permittivity over 0.2-18GHz were measured using a vector network analyzer with transmission-reflection-line (TRL) calibration. The results show that the single-phase Z-type strontium cobalt hexaferrite prepared in this study is one of potential candidates for use as electromagnetic wave absorbing materials in the frequency range 1-3GHz (for hand-held cellular phone and wireless LAN).
