The secondary phosphines R(Ar*)PH(R = Me, iPr, Ph, Mes, Ar*) (2a-2h) with bulky aromatic substituents Ar* (Ar* = 2,3,6-R′ 3C6H2, R′ = iPr, tBu) are obtained in good yields by reaction of RPCl2, PCl3, PBr3 or Ar*P(Cl, Br)2 with 2,4,6-tBu3C6H2Li or 2,4,6- iPr3C6H2MgBr and subsequent reduction of the intermediate halophosphines R(Ar*)PX(X = Cl, Br) with LiAlH4. The X-ray structural analysis of Ph(2,4,6-iPr3C6H2)PH (2g), space group P1, shows P-C-distances of 1.824(1) and 1.838(1)Å. The lithium derivatives of 2a-2c are monomeric in solution as indicated by the 1 :1 :1 : 1-quartet 7L i - 31P fine structure of the 31P {1H} NMR signals at low temperatures. 2a-2c and 2f-2h form Ni(0) and Fe(0) complexes (CO)3NiL (6a-6f) and Fe(CO)4L (7a-7d), respectively. The Tolman electronic parameters of the bulky ligands are almost identical. Within the series 2a-2h the spatial shielding of the P atoms has been estimated using advanced molecular modeling techniques. The bulky ligand 2c forms coinage metal complexes [C u(CH3CN)2(2c)2] [PF6] (8), Cu2Cl2(2c)2 (9) and Cl-Au(2c) (10). While 10 is monomeric in solution, in the solid state it forms pairs of head to tail oriented monomers with almost linear Cl - Au - P skeletons (Cl - Au - P 175.47(9)°) as shown by an X-ray structural analysis.

The paper presents the analysis of dynamic properties of pneumatic systems such aa pneumatic cascade and a membrane pneumatic actuator using differential equations of integer orders and differential equations with derivatives of non-integer orders. The analyzed systems were described in the domain of time by means of step characteristics and in terms of frequency with the help of Bode characteristics, i.e. logarithmic amplitude and phase characteristics. Each characteristic was determined on the basis of a differential equation with derivatives of non-integer order. To determine the characteristics, an irreplaceable programming tool was the interactive Simulink package built on the basis of the MATLAB programme, which allows the analysis and synthesis of continuous dynamic systems.

Preparation of ten new derivatives of 1,6-hexanediamine and 1,4-bis(4-aminophenoxy)butane with different combination of N-nitroso and/or N-(2-methyl-2-nitropropyl) groups is presented. The title compounds are potential improvers of vulcanized rubber dynamic properties.

Speech recognition using sustenance vector machine assisted by Dynamic time warping (DTW) method is proposed. The input training datas are collected from 40 speakers for five unique words. Every one of the information was gathered in a profoundly acoustic and commotion confirmation condition. Mel recurrence cepstrum coefficients (MFCC's) are represented as constant property of the signal. First and second derivatives of MFCC are used for dynamic properties. Subsequent to deciding element vectors, an adjusted DTW technique is proposed for highlight coordinating. Support Vector Machine (SVM) as well as Radial basis function (RBF) are used to categorize. The model is tried for multiple speakers and a good detection rate is obtained.

In RBL-2H3 rat basophilic leukemia cells, antigen binding to cell surface IgE-receptor complexes stimulates the release of inflammatory mediators and initiates a series of membrane and cytoskeletal events including a transformation of the cell surface from a microvillous to a lamellar topography. It is likely that dynamic properties of the IgE receptor contribute to the activation of these responses. Fewtrell and Metzger have established that limited crosslinking of IgE-receptor complexes is essential to trigger secretion. In addition, Baird and colleagues have reported that antigen binding causes a rapid immobilization of IgE-receptor complexes, and we have demonstrated an apparent increase with time in the affinity of IgE-receptor complexes for antigen.

In the 30 years since the discovery of the nucleosome, our picture of it has come into sharp focus. The recent high-resolution structures have provided a wealth of insight into the function of the nucleosome, but they are inherently static. Our current knowledge of how nucleosomes can be reconfigured dynamically is at a much earlier stage. Here, recent advances in the understanding of chromatin structure and dynamics are highlighted. The ways in which different modes of nucleosome reconfiguration are likely to influence each other are discussed, and some of the factors likely to regulate the dynamic properties of nucleosomes are considered.
