A heat-resistant phosphate adhesive was developed for joining and repairing of C/C composites. The high-temperature bonding effect for both cured adhesive and 1300°C-calcined adhesive had been evaluated through testing high-temperature shear strength of corresponding joints. The results showed that the bonding strength of cured adhesive decreased from 7.9 MPa at RT to 0.9 MPa at 1300°C, while that of 1300°C-calcined adhesive could maintain about 4 MPa at temperature range from RT to 700°C and then decreased to 1.7 MPa at 1300°C. Besides, with the increasing thermal cycling times at 1300°C, the high-temperature bonding strength at this temperature could maintain at about 2.3 MPa.

In order to solve current airfield asphalt road surface high temperature performance evaluation index defective problem, we apply the humbug wheel tracking test, general rutting test and uniaxial penetration test ,and use different evaluation index to carry on the analysis. Test results show that shear strength index and rutting test index on the contrary, regression dynamic stability can't distinguish between SMA - 13 and AC - 20 high temperature performance advantages and disadvantages, creep slope and dynamic stability index consistent; At the same time, the use of bailey method design parameters and asphalt cement parameters on its verification found that bailey method can further explain mixture grading high temperature performance advantages and disadvantages, ratio of filler to bitumen and dynamic stability, shear strength, creep slope has a good correlation, and asphalt film thickness and its correlation is poor. So suggest using dynamic stability and humbug wheel tracking creep slope, rutting depth combination evaluation mixture at high temperature performance advantages and disadvantages.

According to the different powder oil ratio of asphalt mixture rutting experiment at high temperature, rotary experimenting machine, for different powder oil ratio dynamic shear experiment of asphalt mortar, using the scanning electron microscope observation on the microstructure of asphalt mortar, powder oil ratio on mixture high temperature stability influence. The experiment results show that: powder oil ratio is larger, stronger anti rut ability, and powder oil ratio is affected by the asphalt shear strength to influence high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, and put forward the best powder oil ratio in the range of 0.18~1.2.

With uniaxle penetration test method and Triaxial Shear method test, the shear strengths for asphalt mixture were analyzed. It turns out that the result of triaxial shear test is a little conservative than that of uniaxle penetration test. Then reasonable structure factor for shear strength should be considered by uniaxle penetration test. Uniaxle penetration tests at different temperatures revealed there were a linear correlation between shear strength and temperature.The asphalt was not the main fator of shear strength at high temperature.
