Entrepreneurial intention is the first step in entrepreneurial process. It is seen as one of the strongest predictors of entrepreneurial behavior. Measurement of key factors that influence entrepreneurial intention is still great challenge for researchers. The aim of this paper is both to analyse the significance of selected individual‑level factors in their effect on entrepreneurial intention among youth in Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) and contribute to solve the methodological gap in intention analysis applying non‑traditional methods for this field – decision tree algorithm method alongside logistic regression models that served as robustness check of our findings. Prior to this a univariate (using Weight of Evidence and Information value analysis) and multivariate analysis (using Pearson Chi‑square test of good fitness and Cramer’s V) was conducted. Based on Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) data we found out that out of four studied groups of factors only two (personality‑traits and personal background related factors) are significant drivers of entrepreneurial intentions among youth in Visegrad countries.

Stochastic disturbances play a profound problem in the power system, which have an important impact on the stability of the power system. The paper proposes the stability analysis of stochastic disturbance bounded value of linear power system, and presents that the stability of power system has bounded value under stochastic disturbance and additional disturbance, and gives the analysis process in combination with stochastic differentiation. The equation theory proposes a numerical solution based on mean stability to calculate the boundedness of infinite systems under the influence of stochastic disturbance and additional disturbance. The results show that the system has bounded value stability under the disturbance.

ABSTRACTIn this research, aspects of quality management and continuous improvement of processes were evaluated in order to achieve institutional excellence, carrying out an analysis of the budget allocation and execution processes of research projects of the Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí “ Manuel Félix López ”(ESPAM MFL). This research was developed from a non-experimental methodology with the purpose of examining the procedures framed within the budget allocation and execution processes of research projects, where inductive and deductive methods were applied to fully understand the current situation. of the problem that helped to detect existing inconsistencies, among this is added value analysis (AVA), in order to know the value index of each process, with 50% efficiency for the budget definition process to execute projects of research, consequently I reveal a 40% efficiency for the budget redistribution process for project execution, while the process of timely and planned execution of the research project resources and their fulfillment in the schedule reflects a 41.66% of efficiency in its execution, showing relatively low parameters which give opening to a proposal for corrective actions in the restructuring of processes, to obtain optimization of resources and the search for better results, in order to continuously improve and contribute to the consolidation of academic and institutional excellence.   Keywords: Value-added analysis, process management, restructuring.

Value analysis is one of the 20th century six major management tool, since Miles has created, with its value-oriented and innovative nature, and multi-disciplinary nature have a significant impact on management innovation and actively promoted. Articles will introduce the creative value analysis of air cargo processes, through functional definition and functional sorting, looking for processes to be optimized and improved operating procedures. Then, create a method of use of the program, from the internal optimization and external optimization proposed solutions, in order to achieve the optimization of air cargo process.

Abstract Background Value-based healthcare is being extensively piloted, scaled and implemented by healthcare providers and systems around the world. However, the ability of the healthcare supply chain function to strategically contribute to the improvement of value has been held back by a lack of practical tools for turning value-based procurement from concept into action. Two recently developed conceptual models – the American CQO Movement and the European MEAT VBP Framework – have been developed to support the implementation of value-based procurement in healthcare. We demonstrate how the latter of these models can be adapted and applied pragmatically to generate insights into the value of a specific medical device, technology or consumable. Methods We undertook an explanatory, qualitative, single-case study focused on a specific consumable – surgical gloves – that provide a critical example of a type of medical device usually procured in high volumes but at risk of commoditisation due to a widespread lack of understanding of their value. Since the global Covid-19 pandemic prevented fieldwork, structured interviews were conducted via Zoom and corroborated by a literature review. Results We identified ten cost criteria and eight outcome criteria with which the value of surgical gloves can be analysed and understood. For each of these criteria we propose definitions and value impact metrics that decision-makers can use during a procurement exercise to describe, quantify and compare glove value. Conclusion The MEAT VBP Framework provides a highly practical and adaptable means of imposing both structure and rigour on a value analysis process and of qualitatively describing the potential value impact of surgical gloves for patients, professionals, providers and health systems.
