As an important province in the southeast coastal area, Fujian is composed of 9 cities. Due to various economic, political and geographical influences, the logistics development of these cities is uneven. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of urban logistics, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban logistics competitiveness. Factor analysis is used to evaluate the logistics competitiveness index of each city in Fujian Province, and the comprehensive score and ranking of the logistics competitiveness of each city are obtained. Cluster analysis is used to divide 9 cities in Fujian into 4 categories, and the reasons for the results are analyzed.

By establishing the high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system, we apply the factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to evaluation and analysis on high-tech industry competitiveness in East China of six provinces and one city. The result shows that the comprehensive score of Fujian stands at the lower level in the whole country, but the efficiency ability, innovation and effect ability factors rank up the average level. So we suggest that Government should adjust the industrial and regional structure, develop the high-tech industry branding and standardized and so on to promote the development of the high-tech industry and then improve its competitiveness in Fujian.

And using network analysis (ANP) and factor analysis to the level of scientific research on these subjects to rank college and analysis. Finally, we use the combination of ANP and factor analysis assigning weights to the weight of two methods reasonably together. In this paper we make a simple plan, the minimum deviations squares as the objective function, comprehensive evaluate existing 10 universities part academic research level, access to comprehensive score and ranking.

According to the existing insufficiency of researches of enterprise informatization level evaluation, building an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. First, based on the existing research, build an evaluation index system of enterprise informatization level. Then, by using grey incidence analysis idea, put forward a method to determine index weight. And then, construt an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. Finally, test the validity of the model through the application example.

Finland is the first country that formulates the design policy, and these successful experience and lessons are deserved to be focused and studied. Most power grid companies are asset-intensive and technology-intensive companies. Therefore, the quality and health of assets and equipment are crucial to the sustainability of the development of power grid companies and the safety of power grid development. To power grid companies through multiple dimensions Decompose the evaluation index of asset health, find the key factors affecting the asset health evaluation of power grid enterprises, and find a way to solve the problem for the subsequent improvement of the health of power grid enterprises’ assets. This paper describes the SMART criteria for asset health assessment, combining the principles of index selection and index grading, and clarifies the principles of constructing the evaluation index system. On this basis, from the three dimensions of physical, economic and social, and considering the internal and external power grid enterprises, a multi-dimensional asset health evaluation index system has been established.

Based on the analysis of the current status on the credit crisis of construction enterprises, this paper established the Credit Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises combined with modern characteristics in the industry. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cluster Analysis, we determine the weight of each index, and then calculate each index data using fuzzy mathematic principle. Thus give an objective evaluation on the credit situation of construction enterprises.
