CNC machine tools, it is not only in aerospace, manufacturing, military and other fields are widely used, but also into cars, machine tools and other civilian machinery manufacturing industry. But the maintenance of CNC machine tools has become increasingly difficult to fault with the gradual application. This expert system using a series of advantages, designed a set of CNC machine tools based on expert system diagnosis system, in order to failure in the machine tools can be a quick diagnosis and repair. In the paper, elaborated on the principles of diagnosis system of CNC machine tools, given the specific design, in the final establishment of a specific experimental model.
