This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi citra perempuan pada kumpulan puisi Milk and Honey karya Rupi Kaur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak catat. Sedangkan tahapan penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data. Citra perempuan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu fisik, psikis, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan tidak hanya memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkah laku, mental, dan sosial perempuan, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gambaran mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam masyarakat patriarki. The purpose of this study was to describe and identify the image of women in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. The research method used is a qualitative method using feminist literary criticism. The data collection technique was carried out using the note-taking technique. While the data research stages are carried out using data analysis techniques. The image of women is classified into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of the research and discussion show that the image of women not only provides an overview of women's behavior, mental and social, but also shows an overview of the various problems faced by women in a patriarchal society.

The Village

This study aims to determine the potential conflict between Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru after conflict resolution. The research was conducted in the village of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru, Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to reveal how the existence of potential conflicts between the two regions today. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discusion) and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which consisted of three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources. The results of the study showed: The potential for conflict is still stored in the nagari community of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru villages after conflict resolution.  Community leaders to the two parties in conflict have not shown their sincerity together to obey the revolution.   The resolution is only an agreement but to comply with it is far from the expectations of those in conflict.

ABSTRACT: This case is designed to impart practical skills in data analysis techniques aimed at fraud examination. Instructors could employ any one of widely available tools such as ACL, IDEA, Microsoft Access, or Picalo, which is an open-source data analysis tool. Couched in the context of a manufacturer of electronic components in the southeastern United States, the case involves the identification of potentially fraudulent travel expense reimbursements. In the case scenario, traveling salespersons submit expense reimbursement claims, which are subject to a number of business rules. Using data analysis techniques, students are required to identify potentially fraudulent travel expense reimbursements. The data analysis techniques covered in the case include basic features such as identifying duplicates and gaps to more advanced features like joining tables, finding unmatched records, filtering data based on various criteria, and classifying and summarizing data. The degree of structure provided to students is within the control of the instructor, with less structure making for a more realistic and challenging assignment. Spreadsheet files containing the travel expense data are designed to facilitate easy changing of numbers between semesters.

The writing of this article aims to find out the basic values that form the basis of tolerance and tolerance forms among Muslims, Buddhists and Christians in Pasir Jaya Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The Research Participants are the Village Head, Community Leaders, and Prominent Islamic, Christian and Buddhist leaders, Youth Chairperson, PKK Chairperson and Pasir Jaya Village Community. This research site was conducted in Pasir Jaya Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and analyzed qualitatively through data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and data verification. This study concludes that the basic values on which tolerance is formed between Muslims, Christians and Buddhists are normatively found in religious values and cultural values. Meanwhile, empirically include: human values related to help, nationalism values related to cooperation and mutual cooperation, historical values related to respect, and democratic values related to deliberation. While the form of tolerance is manifested in social interaction and cooperation which includes: (1) Cooperation in development, (2) Participation in weddings, (3) participating in events of death, (4) Attitudes of respect and respect for religious celebrations, and (5) ) Deliberation in village activities.

The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. Quality of New Possible Service Proportar at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Darmo Permai Surabaya. One of the main tasks of the government is to provide services, including in terms of electrical services. PLN is the only BUMN appointed as a provider of electric power to meet the electricity needs of the people of Indonesia. So this study aims to determine and value the quality of public services at PT. PLN (Persero) area Darmo Permai Surabaya necessary of electric power can be seen from the increasing demand for electricity supply in each region. This becomes the trigger of PT. PLN (Persero) to make innovations in the form of products to help meet the electricity needs of consumers. PLN continues to improve its service productivity with Prepaid Electricity. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive type. The data were collected by interview, questioner and observation. Data analysis techniques conducted in this study is data reduction by selecting data according to research, also presenting data by presenting data that has been reduced and obtained from PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai area of Surabaya, and also using data analysis techniques draw conclusions by deducing data that has been reduced and presented. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the quality of electricity service prepaid in PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai Surabaya area can be said is good enough. But on the other hand, there needs to be improvements made. Lack of adequate parking facilities, but also the number of booths available, indirectly this will affect the quality of service itself. Keywords: Quality of service, public service, electricity prepaid

The STEAM method is applied to early childhood to provide broader thinking power in problem solving. Penelitian aims to describe the learning STEAM (Science, Technological, Engineering, Art and Mathematic) with media loose parts that can enhance the creativity and imagination of children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research was conducted in 4 meetings in group B with 12 children. The results showed that STEAM learning with losse parts media could increase children's creativity and imagination. This can be seen from the observation that was made 4 times, all children experienced good development when learning with losse parts media.learning STEAM with losse parts can be applied to earlyplay groups childhood education, both inand kindergarten. This research not only improvescreativity children'sbut also increases children's imagination, the loose parts media used are also unique and natural.

Abstract The objective of this paper is to showcase the successful and innovative troubleshooting data analysis techniques to operate a TEG dehydration system optimally and reduce glycol loss and to meet the product specifications in one of the gas dehydration systems in an upstream gas oil separation plant (GOSP). The gas dehydration system using Triethylene Glycol (TEG) is the most widely used and reliable gas dehydration system in upstream operation. These proven data analysis techniques were used to tackle major and chronic issues associated with gas dehydration system operation that lead to excessive glycol losses, glycol degradation, and off-specification products. Glycol loss is the most important operating problem in the gas dehydration system and it represents a concern to the operation personnel. Most dehydration units are designed for a loss of less than 1 pound of glycol per million standard cubic feet of natural gas treated, depending on the TEG contactor operating temperature. In this paper, comprehensive data analysis of the potential root causes that aggravate undesired glycol losses degradation and off-specification products will be discussed along with solutions to minimize the expected impact. For example, operating the absorption vessel (contactor) or still column at high temperature will increase the glycol loss by vaporization. Also, the glycol losses occurring in the glycol regenerator section are usually caused by excessive reboiler temperature, which causes vaporization or thermal decomposition of glycol (TEG). In addition, excessive top temperature in the still column allows vaporized glycol to escape from the still column with the water vapor. Excessive contactor operating temperature could be the result of malfunction glycol cooler or high TEG flow rate. This paper will focus on a detailed case study in one of the running TEG systems at a gas-oil separation plant.
