The case describes XGen Technologies (name disguised), an India-based IT Enabled Services (ITES) company having to grapple with the issues of linear growth. The company's headcount had touched a whopping 40,000 and managing such a large setup was becoming a severe challenge, putting immense pressure on Partha Sen, the CEO, to adopt an innovative business model to sustain historical growth rates of revenue and profitability. This situation was similar to what most Indian ITES companies faced: they had been clocking impressive growth, yet there were concerns about the future. The case then describes some of the strategies that software companies have been adopting in order to achieve greater non-linearity in their business. In particular, the case concentrates on Zyme Solutions, Inc., a fully outsourced hosted data service provider to the high-tech vertical market, which has built as a non-linear business from the ground up, without the legacy of the linear business models to contend with. Students are put in the place of Partha Sen, having to decide on an approach that established companies like XGen could adopt to transit to a non-linear model.

Smart Grid (SG) is a modern digital metering system that was introduced by researchers to take over the traditional electricity infrastructure that existed before by gathering and putting in use the data generated by smart meters and ensure efficiency and reliability in the two directional flow of electricity and data for both the service providers and smart meters. Leakage of customers’ identity causes inconvenience to the customer because he is exposed to theft in his household. Secure anonymous key distribution scheme for SG has been proposed as solution to secure data transfer between service provider and customer. Existing secure anonymous key distribution scheme for SG brings challenge such as being inefficient, having traceability issues and do not stop replay attack hence vulnerable to DoS attacks. In this paper a Secure efficient anonymous identity-based with bilateral protocol is proposed to address the weakness in existing anonymous key distribution schemes. , With this protocol, both smart meter and service provider in (SG) identify each other anonymously in efficient way achieving un-traceability and restisting Replay and DoS attack.

We can see a person standing in front of our house from electricity board, whose duty is to read the energy meter and handover the bills to the owner of that house every two months. This is nothing but meter reading. According to that reading we have to pay the bills. The main drawback of this system is that person has to go area by area and he has to read the meter of every house and handover the bills. Many times errors like extra bill amount, or notification from electric board even though the bills are paid are common errors. To overcome this drawback we have come up with an idea which will eliminate the third party between the consumer and service provider, even the errors will be overcome. The idea of smart energy meter using IOT and Arduino has been introduced. In this method we are using Arduino because it is energy efficient i.e. it consume less power, it is fastest and has two UARTS. In this paper, energy meter which is already installed at our houses are no t replaced, but a small modification on the already installed meters can change the existing meters into smart meters.

RT/RW Net Joho Baru is one of the internet service provider organizations. As one of the growing internet service provider RT/RW Net Joho Baru has to give the best and the quickest services to the customers. So that it need appropriate technology which is support to the best networks to give good services to the customers.  The Important factors are cost and speed factors which related to the material efficiency and time. This research is comparing about proxy server operating systems such as Squid 2.7, Squid3, and Squid Lusca, so that it can easier to find out the appropriate operating systems to build the best network. SDLC Method has several steps. The first step is the analysis of feasibility study which included software and hardware.  The second step is the analysis of needs which is planning relate to the system project. Then network planning design is going apply. Next, continuing design system to system testing. Based on these steps, the proxy server is successfully to shorten time management on accessing the website. The results of the efficiency acquisition are Squid 2.7 at  75,1%, Squid3 at 83,5%, and Squid Lusca at 86,9%.

Abstract Providing adequate speech therapy services to Latinos who stutter can present challenges that are not obvious to the practicing clinician. This article addresses cultural, religious, and foreign language concerns to the therapeutic relationship between the Latino client and the clinician. Suggestions are made for building cross-cultural connections with clients and incorporating the family into a collaborative partnership with the service provider.
