Abstract Dishub Surabaya and traffic Unit Polrestabes Surabaya partners  do speeding tickets through CCTV to reduce traffic violations in traffic and prevent accidents frequently happened. For the socialization of the press role is required so that residents will know  this new traffic regulation. The way of the spread CCTV by the way to traffic gridlock around the continuously to be done in make the community become disciplined in the traffic signs and regulations. The underlying theory is a theory of mass communication, theory of hypodermic needle theory, S-O-R theory, discipline theory, theories of adolescence. The methodology that was used this research is quantitative methods with type of correlational quantitative. In this research that are samples are teenagers klampis semalang 96 respondents. From the results of statistics done shows that significantly is the cctv news traffic to discipline attitude traffic in teenagers Klampis Semalang Urban village Klampis Ngasem in Sukolilo Surabaya city. The article reflects statistical information characterizing the state of road traffic accidents including those due to traffic violations by drivers aged 16-19 years, traced the relationship and influence of psychophysiological characteristics on driving a vehicle in persons under 18 years of age.

AbstractObjectiveIndividual biological predispositions should play a role in risky driving behaviour. Platelet monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity, dopamine transporter gene (DAT1) and neuropeptide S receptor 1 (NPSR1) gene polymorphisms have been identified as markers of impulsivity, alcohol use and excessive risk-taking. We aimed to find out how this knowledge on neurobiology of impulsivity applies to drunk driving and traffic behaviour in general.MethodsWe have longitudinally examined the behaviour of drunk drivers (n = 203) and controls (n = 211) in traffic, in association with their alcohol-related problems, personality measures and the three biomarkers. We analysed differences between the subjects based on whether they had committed driving while impaired by alcohol (DWI) violation in a 10-year time period after recruitment or not and investigated further, what kind of predictive value do the different biomarkers have in committing DWI and other traffic violations and accidents.ResultsThe original drunk drivers group had lower platelet MAO activity but further DWI was not significantly associated with this measure. Being a NPSR1 T-allele carrier contributed to the risk of repeatedly committing DWI. DAT1 9R carriers in contrast were involved in more traffic accidents by their own fault (active accidents), compared to 10R homozygotes in the whole sample. All groups with DWI also had significantly more alcohol-related problems and higher scores in maladaptive impulsivity compared to controls without DWI.ConclusionsEstablished biological markers of alcohol use and impulsivity can be reliably associated with everyday traffic behaviour and help in contributing to the understanding of the need for more personalized prevention activities.

This study aims, in a first attempt, to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Automated Enforcement Program (AEP) to improve traffic safety in Amman, Jordan. The evaluation of the program on crashes and violations was examined based on a “before-and-after” study using the paired t-test at 95 percent confidence level. Twenty one locations including signalized intersections monitored by red light cameras and arterial roads monitored by excessive speed cameras were selected. Nine locations were used to study the effectiveness of the program on violations, and twelve locations were used to determine the effectiveness of the program on frequency and severity of crashes. Data on number and severity of crashes were taken from Jordan Traffic Institution. Among the general findings, it was found that the AEP was generally associated with positive impact on crashes. Crash frequency was significantly reduced by up to 63%. Crash severities were reduced by up to 62.5%. Also, traffic violations were significantly reduced by up to 66%.  Finally, drivers’ opinion and attitude on the program was also analyzed using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey revealed that 35.5% of drivers are unaware of AEP in Amman, 63.9% of drivers don’t know the camera locations, most drivers knew about excessive speed and red light running penalties, most drivers reduce their speed at camera locations, 44.4% of drivers think that the program satisfies its objective in improving traffic safety and 52% of drivers encourage increasing the number of camera devices in Amman.

The order of traffic on the road is very important for motorists on the highway, the lack of awareness of motor vehicle users and the poor drivers of traffic discipline make the level of traffic violations in driving on the highway always increase so that the number of ticket data received by the Dumai District Court. This research was conducted to analyze and classify data violations using the k-means method to facilitate knowing the types of violations that are often violated by vehicle users. The attributes to be analyzed are the types of violations and types of vehicles. The test was carried out using the Rapidminer 5 application where the data tested was data from the Dumai District Court on December 2017, as many as 616 violations. Central cluster data consists of 3 clusters, namely C1 = Many, C2 = moderate and C3 = few who commit traffic violations. So the results of the data obtained where C1 produces 1 data, C2 gets as much as 4 data and C3 as many as 7 data. Where the type of violation that is often violated is the type of violation that does not use a helmet and the type of vehicle is a motorcycle. This research is motivated by the number of traffic violation cases carried out by the community in Bangka Belitung. Many traffic violations carried out by children. This study aims to determine the number of traffic violators based on the level of education of the people in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2016, thus it can be seen the number of traffic violators at certain levels of education in the Bangka Belitung region. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This descriptive research is used to describe an event or event and social phenomenon in factual and systematic. This method is used to explain the data contained in the table by using descriptive explanations. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that the highest violations in Pangkalpinang City compared to other districts. Based on the data obtained, the high school level in the city of Pangkalpinang becomes the highest number of traffic violators. Many factors cause violations among students, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the individual, while external factors are found in the surrounding environment. Need appropriate handling to overcome the occurrence of various traffic violations among students. The method taken can be preventive and repressive.   Keywords: BPS, students, minor violations.

Introduction: This study aims to explore the attitudes towards riding safety, behavior regarding safety gear, documents, and vehicle and riding preparedness, and perceived road conditions among worker and student motorcyclists, and the influence of these on their violation behavior. Methods: To further explore the violation behavior, the effects of the infrastructure quality, personal and travel characteristics, and the experience of accidents were also included in the variables. This study collected data on motorcycle users’ behavior in Bandung City and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results and Discussion: This research underlines that behavior regarding safety gear, documents, and vehicle and riding preparedness is an important factor that decreases the violation behavior. Interestingly, a positive attitude towards safe riding does not straightforwardly lead to better behavior in preparing the vehicle, safety gear, and documents. Conclusion: Good quality infrastructure also promotes a reduction of traffic violations. Improving road infrastructure safety and both promoting and monitoring users’ safe riding behavior are suggested to lower the number of traffic violations.
