The article deals with the problem of expert diagnosis of individual and personal characteristics of minors under subject. Systematic and generalized methodological approaches to the study of the parameters of self-consciousness in the context of forensic psychological examination of minors. It was determined that a mandatory component of expert research is a comparison of data on the state and characteristics of the mental development of a minor with the results of an analysis of the situation and behavior of the subject, taking into account the inter-individual variation of indicators of mental development and the peculiarity of the social situation of development. The conclusion is made about the expediency of selecting diagnostic methods in the context of the following personality characteristics: psychophysiological (implies the diagnosis of typological personality qualities of a general order, which are predominantly natural conditionality); psychological (includes determining the individual characteristics of self-consciousness, emotional sphere, anxiety, behavioral manifestations, motivation); social (orientation to the study of a real-life assessment system, which is set in the nearest microsocium of minors under the experts as a standard-reference sample and determines the tendency for the development of self-identity); sociocultural (includes the study of the system of value orientations of minors under expert and their immediate environment). It is noted that the basis of psychological diagnosis of individual psychological characteristics of the personality of minors under the expert are four basic principles that determine the construction of a psychodiagnostic study: the principle of methodical limitation, the principle of mutual verification and comparison of the results obtained among themselves, the principle of necessity-sufficiency, the principle of the relationship of diagnostic tool capabilities and depth sensing psychic reality. It was emphasized that the procedure of forensic psychological examination of minors subject (accused, witnesses, victims) is defined as a special kind of interpersonal interaction, in which the subject is assisted by psychological means in case of problems or difficulties of a communicative nature. This makes it possible not only to obtain information for expert opinions, but also relieves the psyche of minors from communication difficulties, relieves situational maladjustment, which naturally arises from the transition from spontaneous communication to targeted, planned, self-managed. The need to implement a system-integrative approach to the selection of diagnostic tools, which will increase the level of objectivity and validity of expert findings, has been determined. Key words: self-consciousness, forensic psychological examination, subject minors.

A third-class model based on condition monitoring is built in this paper. And an assessment system with operating information, the hottest temperature, and electric filed strength as indicators is realized. Then the equation of health level index for electric power equipment in this model is given. In the end, the health level index and life assessment of transformer are analyzed and calculated by example.

The development of technology has developed very rapidly along with the many human needs. Web technology systems are one of the most frequently used applications in everyday human life. Assessment in the learning process is important, so that good value data processing will produce report cards as a good evaluation result, besides that the results of value data processing will be used as one of the benchmarks for the success of students taking education in school. This study aims to implement the PIECES method at the stage of developing a student assessment system at SMPN 201 Jakarta in the form of a web application. PIECES analysis consists of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service. The conclusion of the research is that the application of a multi-user student assessment data system application at SMPN 201 Jakarta can improve work services and time efficiency in terms of processing student grade data. The student assessment data processing system using analysis using the PIECES method in a multi-user manner aims to make a computerized system in schools able to integrate all recording activities that are carried out manually and require office stationery (ATK) to be minimized.

Conditions existing infrastructure needs to be maintained, it can be operated / function, so we need a good maintenance. Operation and maintenance activities carried out in a sustainable manner, to restore, optimize, and service live function according to design life. Assessment of the condition is a link between opration and maintenance functions. If the conditions are bad, then the operation will not be optimal, which could result in malfunction. In this research, case studies assess the conditions of student dormitory buildings with prototype design. Weighting component using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process as a method of analysis. The results of the analysis show that by using the FAHP method, the weighting of building components from the assessment of the subjectivity of expert respondents can be calculated. The result of this weighting Component can be used as a calculation factor of the value of the condition of the building, and can be applied to student dormitory buildings with typical design.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has many unique features. Thequality-of-life (QoL) instrument for lung cancer based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (QLASTCM-Lu) was the first self-reported instrument specifically developed to assess the quality of life from the perspective of TCM. Structured group methods and theory in developmental rating scale were employed to establish a general and a specific module, respectively. Quantitative and qualitative data from 240 lung cancer patients were collected to assess the psychometric properties. The three identified scales of the QLASTCM-Lu (correspondence between man and universe, unity of the body and spirit, and lung cancer specific module) and the total score demonstrated excellent psychometric properties. Test-retest reliability of all domains ranged from 0.93 to 0.96, and internal consistencyαranged from 0.86 to 0.93. Correlation and factor analysis demonstrated good construct validity. Significant differences in the QLASTCM-Lu scales and total score were found among groups differing in TCM syndrome, supporting the clinical sensitivity of the QLASTCM-Lu. Statistically significant changes were found for each scale and the total score. Responsiveness of the QLASTCM-Lu was greater than that of QLQ-LC43. The QLASTCM-Lu is a psychometrically sound and clinically sensitive measure of quality of life for lung cancer patients, which can be applied to both TCM therapy and Western medicine therapy.
