After natural disaster, especially for large-scale disasters and affected areas, vast relief materials are often needed. In the meantime, the traffic networks are always of uncertainty because of the disaster. In this paper, we assume that the edges in the network are either connected or blocked, and the connection probability of each edge is known. In order to ensure the arrival of these supplies at the affected areas, it is important to select a reliable path. A reliable path selection model is formulated, and two algorithms for solving this model are presented. Then, adjustable reliable path selection model is proposed when the edge of the selected reliable path is broken. And the corresponding algorithms are shown to be efficient both theoretically and numerically.

The route selection of road network emergency evacuation is of great practical significance for possible emergencies in future. Based on analysis the principles of emergency path selection, the paper considers urban roads, which meets certain basic conditions as evacuation after the initial choice, take the traffic capacity, intersection density, vehicle delays in the intersection into consideration, and establish the route selection model of road network emergency evacuation under ice and snow.

This paper mainly studies the single distribution center in the circumstances, transport path selection and vehicle allocation problem of small batch of goods. Using the theory of minimum spanning tree theory to the entire logistics network path selection research, while determining the nodes need to configure the transport vehicle for shunt transport, further establish the logistic distribution routing out several cars choice model, but also provides a direction for future research on this type of problem.
