In vitro characterization of bacterial and chloroplast Hsp70 systems reveals an evolutionary optimization of the co-chaperones for their Hsp70 partner
Comparing activities of bacterial and chloroplast Hsp70 systems reveals that the co-chaperones of either system generally support functionality of the other, but at the expense of optimal folding efficiency, suggesting an evolutionary optimization of the co-chaperones for their Hsp70 partner.
