A new luminescent material, 1-acetyl-2-naphthol-4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether Mg (II) has been designed, synthesized and characterized. The infrared spectrum and luminescent properties of Mg (II) material have been investigated. The results indicate that the Mg (II) fluorescent material emits blue luminescence with an emission peak at 455 nm when excited at 327 nm, and the effect of organic solvents on the luminous intensity of Mg (II) fluorescent material was arranged in the order CH3CH2OH > DMSO > solid> CH3OH.

The research on molecular devices, fluorescent labels and fluorescent probes based on the interaction between biomolecular DNA and fluorescent dyes has been paid more attention at home and abroad. In this paper, the luminescence properties of the [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 complex itself were investigated, and the luminescence properties of the [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 complex under the interaction of the solution and the film were observed by association of the DNA complex with the [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 complex. The results showed that [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 emitted red light with its main emission peak wavelength was 610nm, and its fluorescence intensity was the highest when the concentration of solution substance was 10mmol/L. When doped with DNA solution in [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 complex, a small amount of fluorescent dye [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 can be used to achieve a higher luminous intensity At the same time, the fluorescent dye [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 doped with DNA solution reached a higher luminous intensity in the thin-film state. This experiment provides an important experimental basis for the application of fluorescent substance [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 in luminescent thin films.

We prepared Tb 3+-doped Gd 2 O 3-based oxide glasses by high-temperature melting method and presented their density and optical characterization including transmission, emission and excitation spectra. Dependence of density and luminescence properties on the concentration of Tb 3+ and Gd 2 O 3 was also analyzed. The results show that rising Tb 3+ ions concentrations would lead to the reduction of distance between Tb 3+ ions, the increase of probabilities of energy resonate-transfer and a stronger luminous intensity. In addition, a high Gd 2 O 3 concentration was beneficial to improve the glass samples density, but exerting a negative effect on Tb 3+ ions and decreasing the luminous intensity of Tb 3+ ions.

Spherical SrMoO4:Eu3+ phosphors had been prepared by spray pyrolysis. The effect of the total solution concentration on phase structure, microscopic morphology and fluorescent performances of SrMoO4: Eu3+ phosphor have been studied. The results showed that pure SrMoO4 phase can be obtained at different total solution concentration; The luminous intensity of the sample was the strongest at 615nm when the total solution concentration is 0.6M. SrMoO4: Eu3+ phosphor with regular spherical morphology, well dispersion and well fluorescent properties was synthesized successfully by spray pyrolysis method.

Eu2+-doped Ca2MgSiO5 phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of using surfactants (hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and triethanolamine) during the sol process were investigated on the phosphor particle size distribution. The use of surfactants did not change the crystal form of the Ca2MgSiO5:Eu2+ phosphor, but the particle size distribution and the luminescence properties were improved.

Two novel solvates of ciclesonide were successfully obtained and characterized by various analytical techniques (XRPD, XRSD, DSC, TGA and HSM). Thermal crystal form transformation and desolvation process of the solvates were also studied.
