Green oxidation of 2,2'-hydrazobis-isobutyronitrile (HAIBN) to 2,2'-azobis-isobutyronitrile (AIBN) over a recyclable solid catalyst was a significant challenge. Titanium dioxide-supported chromium oxides (CrOx/TiO2) was first developed for oxidation of HAIBN with...

A green route to oxidize terpenic alcohols (nerol and geraniol) with H2O2 over a solid catalyst was developed. The Dy-doped ZnWO4 catalyst was synthesized by coprecipitation and microwave-assisted hydrothermal heating,...

gem-Dihydroperoxides and 1,2,4,5-tetraoxanes were synthesised from aldehydes and ketones catalysed by heteropoly acid/NaY zeolite (HPA/NaY) as a new, effective and reusable solid catalyst using 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide at room temperature. The reactions proceeded with high rates and excellent yields.
