AbstrakPerangkat sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian terpenting dari sebuah sistem komputasidalam menjalankan dan mengoperasikan komputer. Istilah yang digunakan untuk manusiayang berhubungan dengan komputer adalah brainware. Manusia adalah suatu elemen darisistem komputer yang merancang dan mengoperasikan agar suatu sistem dapat bekerja sesuaidengan hasil yang diinginkan. Brainware dapat diartikan sebagai perangkat intelektual ataudalam hal ini otak manusia yang mengoperasikan dan mengesplorasi kemampuan darihardware dan software yang ada.
