Al-SBA-15-TPI/H6P2W18O62 is introduced as an effective catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of indazolo-phthalazine-triones. The catalyst could be easily separated without noticeable reduction in activity.

Multistep and one-pot conversion of aldehydes to nitriles were carried out conveniently with out solvent using KF/Al2O3, montmorillonite KSF and K10 as catalyst, under microwave irradiation. The reactions are completed within 6-8 min to give satisfactory yields. KF/Al2O3was more effective catalyst both in multistep procedure and one-pot reaction.

Preparation of carbon supported nanometal catalysts were realized through the carbonization of metal precursor doped carboxymethyl cellulose under nitrogen condition. This carbon supported nanometal catalyst exhibited good activity in the reductive amination of amine. The results suggested a promising one-pot route based on economical and sustainable biomass towards the development of value carbon materials as effective catalyst for C-N bond synthesis reaction.
