Nanocomposites of phosphovanadomolybdates (H3+xPMo12−xVxO40, x = 0–3) and g-C3N4 can absorb nearly the full light spectrum, and their energy band structures are tuned by the number of vanadium atoms in H3+xPMo12−xVxO40.
