Ag nanoflakes were formed via a kinetically controlled hydrothermal synthesis method, through the slow release of Ag+ from oxalate compound Ag2C2O4, and show excellent conductivity as conductive fillers in flexible Ag nanowire film heaters and in highly conductive Ag paste.
