MnNi–SAPO-34 with Mn and Ni incorporated in the framework of SAPO-34 prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method exhibits excellent NH3-SCR activity, which is attributed to the strong interaction between the Mn and Ni species.

Bimetallic catalyst Fe/Cu-SSZ-13 was synthesized by iron exchanged Cu-SSZ-13 based on a one-pot hydrothermal method. It has showed excellent deNOx performance compared with Cu-SSZ-13. The synergistic effects between Fe and Cu species have been investigated by a series of characterization methods.

A Ce-Zr-Mn-Ox(CZM) catalyst has been discovered for selective catalytic reduction of NOxwith NH3in the presence of O2. In this paper, The catalysts of CZM with 10~50 wt% MnO2content and Ce-Zr-O2(CZ) catalyst are prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The catalytic activity of CZM catalysts at different temperatures, different space velocities and different ratios of NH3/NO are studied. The results show that the catalyst of CZM with 40 wt% MnO2content yields higher NO conversion at low temperature than others. This catalyst shows nearly 90% NOxconversion in a temperature range of 150°C~250 °C at a space velocity of 53000 h-1.

A Ce-Zr-Ti composite oxide catalyst was prepared by the sol-gel method and its NH3-SCR activities were investigated. The Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst exhibited high activity and 92.7-98.8% NO conversion was obtained in the temperature range 250-450 °C at the high gas hourly space velocity of 50,000 h-1. In comparison with Ce-Ti oxide catalyst, the Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst showed strong resistance to H2O and SO2. The excellent performance of the Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst might be attributed to the large surface area and strong interaction among the three elements of Ce, Zr and Ti.

CeO2-Fe3O4/TiO2and CeO2/TiO2catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method, and their activities for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3were investigated. As can be seen from the experimental results, the CeO2-Fe3O4/TiO2catalyst prepared showed the best SCR activity and SO2resistance. Based on the characterization results of BET, XRD, NH3-TPD and XPS the excellent performance of CeO2-Fe3O4/TiO2catalyst should be resulted from its large surface area, high NH3adsorption capacity and high concentration of surface chemisorbed oxygen.
