The authors proposed a method for obtain sols of zinc sulfide semiconductor nanoparticles - «quantum dots» using ionic liquids - tetrafluoroborate and hexafluorophosphate N-dodecylpyridinium in acetonitrile solution. The dependence of the size of nanoparticles on the concentration of precursors is established. It is shown, that the studied ionic liquids, the use of N-decylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate with a concentration of 20% in acetonitrile is most suitable for the preparation of zinc sulfide nanoparticles.

Abstract Infrared absorption spectra of chalcogenide alloys of the GST system with the compositions Ge14Sb29Te57 and Ge15Sb15Te70 in the amorphous and crystalline state were measured and analyzed in the range of 20 – 400 cm– 1 (0.6 – 12 THz) at room temperature. Absorption at these frequencies is due to the manifestation of correlated torsional vibrations of structural units of the amorphous alloy and phonon modes of the crystal. The performed assignment of absorption bands and the revealed differences in the IR spectra make it possible to more confidently represent the possible molecular mechanism of reversible amorphous-crystalline transformations in the studied phase-changing materials

This research aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic variables on stock return and its impact on corporate values. The population in this research is the sector of agriculture because based on the results of the sector's observation, the most severe decline in performance among others. Further sampling is done by the purposive sampling method, so from 22 companies that listings only 15 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical technique to be used in this study is to use a double linear regression analysis technique expanded with a pathway analysis method to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables of one variable with other. We find is an inflation and interest rate negatively and significantly affecting the return of shares. The exchange rate positively and significantly affects the stock return and the influential stock return rate positively and significant to the corporate values.

Aims Nanoparticles (particles with a diameter of 10-500 nm) are currently used in the cosmetics industry as well as for pharmaceuticals, diagnostic imaging, and tissue engineering. Since these nanoparticles are used in industry and drug delivery, they can also be used by pregnant women. Thus, the current study investigated the teratogenic and cytotoxic effects of Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) nanoparticles on the embryo and their fibroblastic cell culture. Methods & Materials Zinc sulfide (ZnS) nanoparticles were synthesized. Then, nanoparticles at the concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 30, and 40 mg/mL/egg were injected into the air sac of the eggs in three replicates on the third day of incubation. Next, the treated and control eggs, on day 19 of incubation were opened, and embryos were weighted, and the relevant mortality rate was recorded. Fibroblast cells were isolated, cultured, and treated from the control embryo, and morphological changes and cell survival percentages were recorded. Findings The obtained results revealed that the embryos’ survival rate depends on the nanoparticle concentration. As a result, at the highest concentration, only 36.32% of the embryos survived, and the lethal dose 50% (LD50) was equal to 32.47 mg/egg. Morphological study of the treated embryos club foot and skeletal staining suggested the deletion of caudal vertebrate. The cytotoxicity study results of ZnS nanoparticles on fibroblastic cells indicated the survival fractions of 88.45%, 68.75%, and 49.32%, respectively, and its IC50 value was measured aas1460 μM. Conclusion The present study results suggested that ZnS nanoparticles had no significant toxic effects on the embryos and culture of chicken fibroblastic cells at low concentrations.

Raman spectra of ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC) D-4-(2-methylbutoxy) phenyl 4-decyloxybenzoate (MBOPDOB) are recorded. All the vibrational modes are assigned, and their vibrational characteristics are studied. It is found that the s-cis and the s-trans conformers of the ester group coexist in the crystal phase at room temperature. By temperature-dependent measurements, the line shape changes due to the transition of the ester group conformation near the crystal-Sm C phase transition point are examined.
