We represent a rational sandwich composite structure consisting of polyaniline, amorphous TiO2, and a graphene oxide network as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries with a high rate capability and long cycle life.

A hierarchical hybrid nanocomposite of reduced graphene oxide supported mesoporous Co3V2O8 nanoparticles has been successfully prepared. When evaluated as a promising anode for LIBs, the nanocomposite exhibits high reversible capacity, excellent high-rate capability and super-long cycle life.

A long cycle life, spherical-shaped Sn–Fe3O4@C ternary-phase composite consisting of nanosized tin (Sn), magnetite (Fe3O4), and graphite (C) was prepared via a two-step process using high-efficiency discharge plasma-assisted milling (P-milling).
